You may not select as your Account Name the name of another person to the extent that could cause deception or confusion; a name which violates any trademark right, copyright, or other proprietary right; a name which may mislead other users to believe you to be an employee of Linden Lab; or a name which Linden Lab deems in its discretion to be vulgar or otherwise offensive.That's pretty broad, and certainly gives LL the right to act as they have. It doesn't mean that Ivan did something *bad* or *wrong*, he just misjudged what "Linden Lab deems in its discretion to be vulgar or otherwise offensive". I think it's a bit prudish to be so easily offended, but that's my opinion, which along with $4 will get you about a gallon of gas. _____________________

LL's definition of PG is "not mature", the MPAA's definition isn't relevant here. Also his name wasn't "Erection" but "I have an erection". No, it was "IvanErection". It's a play on words, in case you didn't notice. _____________________

If you drive down a stretch of road that's marked at 55MPH and you drive 65 for 5 days in a row, and on the 6th day a cop pulls you over and writes a ticket. Do you say to him, "But I was doing it all week"? or is that what you will say to a judge? C'mon. Your friend seems to be taking this in an adult manner and just going on and enjoying SL. Lots of things are natural. Cyanide is natural, but that doesn't make it good for you. Yeah, prepubescent breasts are natural but if you don't stop fondling your niece's, you're going to jail. Well... I made one comment and people nailed me on stupid crap. So I have continued to follow this thread and watched it deteriorate into some pretty childish, adolescent & Trollish behaviours. Not Very surprised actually. BUT ! IF you folks insist on hijacking a thread with a valid query to discuss / ARGUE such nonsense, here are some FACTS for you to ALL CHEW ON !
