Actually Phil you have my compliments, I found that post very funny. My libel post was more about seeing what you and others would come up with. As usual, you failed to impress. Now this really is goodbye. Just wanted to compliment where it was deserved.
More lies, eh?

I'm so sorry that I failed to impress you with that post :( I can only hope that you found my earlier "piss off" post to be more impressive ;)

Informative as in realizing how people can take things to far and feel that they need this forum to validate there self worth, possibly? I hope she understands it's just some posts from strangers and means nothing. She needs to really think how far she took this personally and learn something from it. Just saying :)

Once I have started this process I will not stop. Apologise. You have until 08:00 GMT on the 21st October 2009.
You better listen, Phil - she sounds serious.

Uh oh, now she might have to 'make you regret' that! ...

... So, last night we had heavy rain, and it sounded pretty wild out there. How's it looking for you all?

Oow ... it's wetter than a nympho's snatch round here!

(Forget the lizards ... I'm being possessed by the spirit of Frankie Howard).

On a side note...I wonder what kind of hair conditioner the redhead uses...it was beautiful when he bounced ;)

So the first question is, how many people are able to connect remarks made about giant lizards and Debra Himmel with the person sitting in the solicitor's office, and, even if they do, to what extent is the matter complained about likely to damage the plaintiff's reputation, or will the reasonable person see it as a joke?

The funny thing is, Debra has done far more to damage her own reputation (at least her reputation as a Second Life avatar) than any parodied implication of her as a lizard person could ever do. If, indeed, a full snapshot of this thread has been taken to be used as evidence in any libel suit, it'd be more likely to be turned against her - IF the case even made it that far.

I hope so. Since I have no sound on my computer I took a gamble when I saw it.

Please consider before getting the vaccine
10-24-2009 10:21
This post has nothing to do with age verification. But since there have been posts several times during the course of this thread about swine flu vaccinations, I will add mine here.

I live in western NY state, US. Last weekend I met a young lady who is an RN and has two young children. During the course of our conversation she mentioned that she was going to get the swine flu jab, which is currently mandatory for NY state health care workers, and at the same time have her children vaccinated. I am totally against either mandatory or voluntary vaccination for the swine flu and I make no effort to hide my feelings on the subject. So I asked her if she was not put off at all by the fact that some of her fellow nurses were suing the state over the mandatory vaccination. I pointed out that Canada and the US, in their haste to obtain sufficient quantities of the vaccines, had offered immunity from lawsuits to the pharmaceutical companies producing the vaccines. I also told her that there were four studies completed in Canada that showed that there was a much greater likelihood that a child inoculated with the regular flu vaccine (which she and her children had been) would catch the swine flu from the swine flu vaccination. And that a poll taken amongst nurses in the UK revealed that a third of them would refuse the jab. And that one ingredient of the vaccine contains a substance that will attack the body's immune system and has been shown to lead to autoimmune diseases such as lupus.

Despite my objections the lady had made up her mind. The following Monday she and her children received the jab. I have no children and perhaps I would feel differently if I did. But I don’t believe that to be the case. Two days after the vaccinations she heard from a co-worker who had gotten the vaccination the previous week. She had fallen ill suffering from extreme soreness and partial paralysis in her arms and trunk. Her doctor told her she was suffering from neuropathy and could potentially become permanently and totally paralyzed. He also told her that the source of the disease was more than likely the swine flu vaccine. The co-worker has three young children. My new acquaintance is petrified.

I offer this to any of you contemplating receiving or having loved ones receive the jab. I don’t pretend to be a medico but I do believe what I have read and seen resulting from this vaccine. Please accept this bit in the spirit it is offered, that being that I am trying to provide information to allow you to make an informed decision before bowing to pressure from the government and the media. I also offer the following short video for your consideration,

Against both mandatory and voluntary?

What does that leave you with Frankie?

Wow, I love a nice paranoid conspiracy theory!! Are these guys for real? I'm afraid Debs and Frankie are both totally bonkers. This stuff about vaccines giving you the disease, and government conspiracies, and all the rest of it is utter stuff and nonsense. You would have to be both stupid and deeply gullible to believe a word.
