Making up false quotations is a common forum practice, and generally done (as in this case) in jest. You will note that the poster made it clear that this was not an actual quote, by saying "Fixed it for you." Everyone understands you didn't say those words.

However, you've said quite enough on your own to get you in trouble.

You need to start by looking at the 14th amendment and whether you are a US citizen. If you are, you are an employee of the District of Columbia. All federal employees must pay income tax. Only the People, do not have to pay. But US citizen is not one of the people because they have volunteered to be a US citizen. That's about as simple as it gets, but won't show you how to get to a position of not having to pay. If you want a quick fix, you are better of just continuing to pay. In order for me to explain it all I would have to write an essay.

14th Amendment:

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

The 'and' shows that there are two political statuses, 'the people' and 'citizens of the United States' US citizens have no rights and are not protected by the constitution, only 'the people' are.

So how is it possible that you are born but not one of the people? Because when a US citizen has a child, it is assumed to be a US citizen, and confirmed when the parents register the birth. However, when one of the people has a child, that child is sovereign and the birth is usually detailed in a bible witnessed by three people.

Now the way most people are able to avoid paying taxes is by putting the authorities in a position where they would have to spill the beans in order to continue. Anyone else, they show no mercy. They do not want to admit that US citizens are not protected by the constitution, but an endless number of court cases show that any attempt to use the constitution is dismissed by the judges. Courts only have jurisdiction over US citizens, not the people (I am ignoring those from other countries because it is assumed that anyone entering the US has consented by entering the US). Now if you are thinking what about stealing or murder, that comes under common law which the people are subject to.

David Icke became a very well-known nutcase in the UK. Over time, various people fed him information of one sort or another. David, of course, did some little checks on the stuff he was fed, such as finding out that there really is a 14th ammendment, and he arrived at the conclusion that folks in the U.S. (I hestitate to call them either citizens or people ) only pay tax on a voluntary basis. David, wishing himself to be seen as a smart guy, included this information, and the details, in his writing - possibly in one his rivetting newsletters.

Enter Debra. Debra, being a supporter of said nutcase, receives or reads his newsletters and writings on a regular basis, and she naturally read that tax stuff in one of them. This is, of course, deep research on her part (it counts as deep research because there's no bigger authority than David Icke), and she has kindly copied and pasted the information for us. We are truly blessed

I've been doing some deep and extensive research and I am absolutely taken aback at what I've discovered. So much so that first thing tomorrow, I'm going to start fortifying my own personal fortress against the shape-shifting lizard aliens. thanks for the clarification debra...however...i am not a US citizen by choice. i was born here to two other us citizens. i am what i am.

also i am not an employee of washington dc. i think i would know that if i was. also, if being an employee of wash dc acc to your description, i would have been an employee as soon as i was an infant and continuing througout my life. while id love to have the salary of a dc employee, the dc govt has never paid me, contacted me, asked me to do any work and on and on. not sure how i can then be classified their employee.

the arguments that you are using for the voluntary tax stuff are very odd to me. i actually am a pretty well educated person who has worked with employment issues and employment related legal issues in the past and this concept has never been in my consciousness until now. seems pretty obscure and not likely to be true.

Phil, I have taken an image of this post and have three others do the same and save the thread as evidence. I will now give you 24 hours to apologise for what you have written about me in that post here in this thread, publicly for all to see in this thread. If you don't, I will first go to the courts in the UK to have SL give me the information I need to start court proceedings for libel against you. If the British courts cannot manage this because of jurisdiction problems I will use the US courts who will issue a warrant for the information. If SL does not have the information, there will be an audit trail to where the information is. One way or another you will end up in court. Don't make me prove to you that you do not have the right to libel people on a forum. You have stretched my goodwill beyond my limits. Once I have started this process I will not stop. Apologise. You have until 08:00 GMT on the 21st October 2009.
