Mugger meets guy in dark alley. mugger takes 4 minutes to fully rez, meanwhile guy is afk checking his email. Mugger rezzes and demands guy's money. Guy is still afk, so mugger shoots. The sim is not damage enabled, so the gun jams. Victim returns and mugger again demands money, but victim is NPOIF so he doesn't have any money to hand over. Victim takes out freebie penis and scares mugger off Open Life grid.

Even with "what if" I play the odds. Playing the odds is great if you're talking gambling. Lose a 3-1 bet? No problem, throw a few more chips in and roll-em again. Lose in a mugging...ain't no coming back from that. That point...*you're* the statistic. _____________________

In law, the word especially means exclusively... exclusive to... And yes, the two types of intercourse, sexual intercourse and anal intercourse, are still separated (in law) because of cases of rape. Recently a newspaper headline said "Police officer denies Sodomy charges", for instance. And some of you call me a troll for no reason at all. I then made my posts to explain that NO == ALL MEN DO NOT WANT THAT for cryin' out loud! And I then explained the reason it has been talked about in recent years by heterosexuals is because of the gay marriage issue. So, back to the topic that females are the new dominant sex. My answer would be: No one informed me. Women have been discriminated against for centuries. I still don't think a working career Mom with kids gets the respect she deserves for all the work she does being bread winner and major care taker of home and children. I know some women who are still up at midnight trying to catch up on laundry after getting the kids home from school, getting dinner ready, doing dishes, doing homework, getting baths ready and kids off the tv, reading bedtime stories, etc, etc, while trying to get a little housework done and the laundry 'til midnight. Then get up at 6 to take a shower and make school lunches, drive the kids to school and then go and start a whole work day, and then pick up the kids and start all over again. Women I'd say are the exhausted sex, but new empowered sex? Where does the op get this info or why do you think that women have that? Look, you asked specifically, to look up those definitions on ENCARTA to back up your false claim. Do you remember this? I sure do. And when confronted that your information was false, you disregarded it. NOW, you're sprouting out about the legal definition of "especially". I'm currently trying to find out when and where in law that the word changes complete meaning, but I am failing to do so. I know that ad hoc is used in legal terms, which is short hand meaning "for this purpose only", but I don't see where it relates to the word "especially". You may not be our secretary, but you are now making claims with no backing. If you're reading it, then cite it, show us the facts instead of just telling us. For this to be the legal defitinition, you must be referencing legal dictionaries. If so, then please send along the names and volumes, and I will research them as well, and scan them so there will be no confusion for anyone about what "especially" means in legal dictionaries. Also, sodomy's definition is being changed in many codes to "deviant sexual intercourse": Just one citation for you. http://www.leg.state.or.us/05reg/measures/sb0200.dir/sb0217.a.html The brackets in place (- -) means it's an existing law and will be omitted from the bill, (+ +) means it is in discussion. Now, if you want to argue because the word deviant is in place there, well ... you're splitting hairs. Deviant would just be the type of sexual intercourse, it would still be considered sexual intercourse. Now, I'm sure the legal definitions haven't changed (yet) in all states, but that's where we're headed. And when that happens, what will your argument against it be? |
