Good Child Skins

I hardly have a problem recaging my persian gerbils (the biggest kind of gerbils) they are absolutly crazy about food so I just put a travel cage on it side the lid held open with a stick and put some snack like apple inside, within minutes they walk in and I can pick up the cage without having to hurry, the litle darlin just sits snacking happely on his or her snack (I have 1 male and 2 females).
My rabits are a lot harder to get back in the cage, especialy outside, they are a lot less curious and snack happy then my gerbils and I think the gerbils actualy recognice me, they come right up to the door when I walk by their cage seeing if I bring them a snack.

The nice part about Eloh's files is that she's now exporting to XCF, the native format for GIMP. So, you can expect a rather bug-free starting template for whatever skin ideas you have. (^_^)

I, myself, worked on the starlight skins right when I got them and really took off running with her "B" nose layers. (^_^)

And... For when I do go adult (Or Persocom, for that matter)....



I'm thoroughly "equipped" and have a full face of makeup. =^-^=

Would you believe I started from scratch when I made both face shapes? The fact that they resemble is totally coincidence or something subconscious on my level. =^-^=

So much, to the point, I'm almost considering looking for a long lost relative with that face, or something. (^_^)y

If kid avatars disappeared from SL, would the pedos disappear? Of course not. It is sad, but fact, that there will always be pedophiles in all walks of life, SL or RL.

In SL, as pointed out repeatedly, sexual acts including child avatars is not permitted. Will there still be people who secretly break that rule? Yes. If they get caught, let the banhammer swing. Like the other SLkids here have said: if anyone contacts me with such intentions, they get AR'd.

Now if kid avatars were no longer allowed in SL, the only ones who would actually be AFFECTED are the ones who are kids out in the open, the ones who lead clean SL kid lives, playing by the rules set by LL. The ones who in secret break the current sexual ageplay rules will just continue to do so. I doubt they will go "Oh gosh golly, now this avatar is not allowed, so I guess that means I can no longer break that other rule in secret".


Also: Kudos on the skins Immy. I've been attemting to dabble with the Eloh templates myself, and had to call quits before I stabbed my monitor to death.

Melita you have consistantly posted in the forum threads that are about this subject. You just took the time to organize and number your thoughts pertaining to this subject you are posting about again. Are you able to recognize your obsession?

It is just rude and a terrible waste of keystrokes to try to belittle someone because you do not agree with their viewpoints.

Posting once in here to point out the overkill on your single minded persecution of innocent residents does not constitute "obsession."

I own a park in SL that has a playground in it; plus, I happen to know and like some of the people you single out for attack. Self defense is not "obsession."

Thank you for posting without name calling or attempting to belittle anyone. It is refreshing.

I do not agree that all out-in-the-open child avatar people are not involved in this scenario. But also there are just so many innapropriate situations these individuals choose to be in while purposely wearing a human child avatar: Entering clearly marked adult content areas which have or sell sex animation, bdsm equipment, guns and other mature-themed items. These folks want it both ways, they come wearing the child avatar and role play as a unaccompanied minor. Then when folks are disgusted and say a child should not be around this stuff, the person wearing the child avatar proclaims'I am an adult just like you - I can go where I please'.

People may become disgusted because it is not their fantasy to be an adult in a mature a setting with some small unacommpanied child wandering around. Such a scenario can be considered quite distasteful to some adults. But we are unwittingly being used by the person wearing the child avatar in their innappropriate fantasy scenario. And many of those that do this are the ones you consider well behaved.

The sanctions on child avatars in SL are solely based on what people percieve to be acceptable. It is not a economic issue - no one's tier will be effected. It is not a resource issue - child avatars are not slowing the server down. Nothing physical or financial is effected by child avatars in Second Life. Then why did LL feel compelled to write a special community standard for this avatar type alone?

Because enough individuals were disturbed when seeing these avatars used in certain situations. LL's community standard sanction addresses the most extreme unsavory situation these avatar types engage in but it does not have enough 'teeth' to deal with the other unsavory situations that purposely occur on the grid every day. Until LL recognizes the issue and takes strides to deal with the ENTIRE issue effectively - these threads will continue to occur.

Sadly, from the conversations in these ongoing threads it is evident that many of the folks that use child avatars in SL are not willing to meter this behaviour at all because LL does not tell them to.

Lias there is already a rule in place that takes care of all your concerns.

You can take a vacation.

P.S. I did not belittle you in my opinion; but what would you call your labeling all child avatars as pedophiles in hiding!?

That's a sad mentality in this day and age re Lias and anyone also coming to ruin (aka troll) innocuous threads.

You have posted more than once in the SL Forums on this subject. Why when you post several times about this subject over a certain time frame it is not considered an obsession also is not comprehensible.

Me thinks Lias is vying with Prok in being the most unpopular or despised SL resident on the grid.
Wherever she posts, there is a constant flow of negativity towards her, be it on the Second Citizen forums or SL Universe under BladyBlue or on the old Xstreet forums or here on Resident Answers with her favourite topics of banning Child avatars and Bear Infohub.

This latest offering in replying to Stroker Serpentine on SL Universe is totally bizarre given the latest discovery of mass content theft, which needless to say got a ton of "Groans & disagreements"





These are the rants of a lonely person who failed in SL business and has nothing left but to bring everyone else down with her.

I see no reason to portray small children in adult settings as part of your Second Life entertainment. Especially in areas and around items that have absolutely nothing to do with childhood. In such a mature environment as SL it seems to be more of a kink than a innocent role play. But I have refrained from making that statement in this thread. Just to encourage conversation and not name calling and arguing. I hope that a discussion of this type can continue without anymore of the personal attacks.

Since you are so sure of your statistics, I want you to crawl the forums and come up with a number of posts Melita has posted in this forum regarding child avatars; and then come up with a number of posts YOU have posted in this forum regarding child avatars. Do not post here again until you have the numbers. Deal?
