So, yesterday, as you know, was April 1st...April Fools Day.

Yesterday morning, I joked w/Jerboa that I was pregnant with twins. I then asked would he please build a nursery for the babies? We laughed...and moved along in the conversation.

Last night, when I arrived inworld, I discovered that he'd been in cahoots with my RL best friend, Kit.

Goodnight my pretties. I'm heading out to the glory that is the Joshua Tree area of SoCal for my brother's wedding Saturday. I am bringing coffee. For this act, my family has already forgiven me all of my various sins. I would W00t, if I didn't have a grumpy reputation to uphold.

Nika, your "goofing around" sense of humour is obviously very different from mine and others in this thread. Thank you for your intervention Amaranthim; you know only too well how ridiculously inaccurate Nika's comment was.

Nika, you have said that you find remarks made elsewhere in the forums offensive (thank goodness Les Dawson never made it over the Channel to Holland!) and perhaps you are allowing your misguided attitude to colour your comments in *this* thread, which is supposed to be a demilitarised zone. I'll accept your apology this time, but suggest that you are more careful in future, since as others have found, I refuse to let others take advantage of my good nature here.

I waded through a pea-soup fog. It's the time of year here when the fog rolls in thick from the ocean, and the chill seeps right into your joints.
