OK- I am no longer a pauper in LegendCity- we shall see if I just threw away $5 - minimum purchase. I am rather intrigued with the newness of it.

Yes, it is an SL clone- but aren't they all? There is only one SL- I am not thinking they will really have any rivals- this is just a lark for me.

Damien- mine froze up last night the first time also but then I was able to get in.

I have the same problem, Mo. I want to be in three places at once, and there's only one of my typist.

Eventually, I'll have to make a decision, and either stick with what I've invested in SL, or pull up stakes and roll the dice and bet on one of the competitors. For now, SL is still my main VR home...but I'm taking some trips "abroad".

Don't know yet. Ghosty and I both crashed several times, got borked. Seems to be working on the same platform as SL so I tried to find my name and got booted out immedately. It looks nearly identical to SL tho.

Not quite yet. Oh, I take that back...you can, I think, buy Legend dollars with PayPal, and use them to pay texture upload fees. They're promising a working currency exchange Real Soon Now. Once that's in place, wooHOO!

Oh, and you can also buy land, of course.

I'll tell you. I started making a short, dumpy martian. It just didn't look right. Then, I was going to make her really tall and I kept seeing "Martians" running around which were of course, typical tall android looking martians.

So, I went with seriously short, like kid short but with a very female curvy body like I already have. She's quite cute, but odd looking. Her name is Verde Martian, was looking for a green skin actually but haven't found one I like or can modify well enough yet. That gray/bluish one is nice and now I wish I'd called her Marina Martian or something else ;)

Thanks :) I have my SL name over at OLG...

In reference to being at all three, I still spend my majority of time in SL. But as soon as payday comes, I'm purchasing a sim over at Legend. I will prob leave SL all together when my landlord raises the rent in the next couple of months due to the big announcement. I figure LegendCity should be more on their feet by that time. It is pretty cool getting into something on the bottom floor and starting all over again :)
