Q: Who wins in a fight? Bruce Lee or Jackie Chan??? :)

Jackie Chan, silly. Bruce Lee is dead.

Our Brenda is fond of her Huey
Though it's battered and old and not new-y
When the guys give her crap
Then the rotor blades slap
And the chain gun and rockets go BLOOIE!

lol. Not bad. *flowers*

The Cartel had a formal dance tonight. It went very well. If you missed it, you missed a good time. Pictures are up on Flickr. Make sure you look for the ones of Pep.

We will be having more dances soon, and the Christmas and NYE parties are in the process of being planned now.

Thank you to all that came. Was great seeing the Hangout hopping again.

Oh I love Chinese Zombies. This restaurant near me makes excellent ones, with a pineapple slice and a little paper umbrella....

I missed it! I still haven't seen Pep in person yet. We need more boys around the ol' Hangout.

Well my lovelies, I'm drained. I called in sick tonight and I'm not even doing anything exciting. Straight to bed for strep-girl.

Edit: Hey, Strep-Girl can be my new Superhero name!

what, no election cheers or jeers?

what I found funny was some of the exit polls... in maine, ~30% of those interviewed said that the presidential candidates RACE was a factor in their vote (some minor some not)...

Seriously? that's kinda f*d up if you ask me...

... and makes me wonder why they didn't go for the obvious AGE question (perception being that age makes one more constant/inflexible, youth more changeable/adaptable) maybe it was their voting records, McCains being longer and more varied, Obamas being shorter and more constant? who knows

I'll even be offical, my resident question is, what do you think Obama's win will mean for the economy (and therefore LL, so's I can tie it in =)? what do you think it would have meant if McCain won?

yes I'm really this bored

Careful! Katt may move this whole thread over to the RL Meetups & Events subforum . . .

/the age thing was important because of the horrendous consequences of McCain dying in office . . .

Obama didnt win in 5 or 6 counties in SW PA from what I hear.

My neighbors, the ones with the Rebel Flag flying outside, are still waiting for the recount.
