I think I just spent the quickest $300 in my life, on something other than shoes, or involving throwing dice. I had my fireplace and chimney cleaned this morning. I 've been in this house 5 years and never used the fireplace. It's a small house really never needed the extra heat, besides being too lazy to deal with it.

It actually reminds me of an old joke.
A guest speaker at a Graduation Day rails on in her speech against sex: "It's not worth a lifetime of misery for an hour of enjoyment" when a student puts up her hand to ask a question: "How do you make it last an hour?" /Do it noob style a hundred times? _____________________

Consider it my way of content creation. Maybe on a really cold snowy day I'll use it, I dunno. It would have to be a really small fire though, the room is so small, and I don't like it too warm in the house. |

Obama didnt win in 5 or 6 counties in SW PA from what I hear. My neighbors, the ones with the Rebel Flag flying outside, are still waiting for the recount. They obviously weren't watching the guy with the magic SMART Board on CNN election night...he gave excellent explanations of how that all works, down to county level. _____________________

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things. Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut. |

Oh, and the party yesterday was fantastic. I love ogl...erm...admiring the beautiful ladies all dressed to the nines. And in so many different styles. Unless your name is Pep, the guys really have two choices...Uh...what color tux. Uh...coat buttoned?
And to top it all off, I had the pleasure of dancing with not one, but two adorable ladies who didn't run away screaming. ![]() Can't wait until we do it again. _____________________

I didn't watch any of the coverage. Have those idiots at CNN learned to not start calling a winner at 5PM ET when half the country haven't voted yet? |

Ladies and Gents... Presenting Amaranthim Connor of Legend City ![]() Which crashed three times i the brief moment I was there - secondly... I cannot handle walking like a stick figure ![]() EVERYBODY is picking that starter av. Welcome to Legend City, twin. I'm Lindal Atkinson there, unless my name change has gone through. I had to try logging in about four or five times, but once I made it, I didn't crash. They did kick me out for a sim restart, though. LCO is an interesting place. I met my first "Linden" (or "Legend", there) in person within fifteen minutes of arrival. There are probably less than 50 regions in the world so far, and there were a total of about seven Residents shown on the map of the world when I was there. Even so, I kept seeing people. I think five or six rezzed in while I was hanging around the arrival point. The place has a feel of "endless possibilities...IF we all buckle down and make something of it". As for the duck walk...AO's aren't supported yet, drat it. Plus my Space Navigator is pretty shaky there. I'm just happy to be able to walk at ALL in a new and just-starting-out world. _____________________

Well, I'm glad you said that, because that prompted me to choose the cowgirl. I like the blonde hair and clothes on your av, but...I don't want to look like everybody else ![]() _____________________

heh metworks have always been funny about early calls.... notice I waited 24 hours to even make a post re election jibberish =)
@ who wins in a fight, jackie chan or bruce lee? well the movie producers obviously, but the actual fight goes pretty straight foward, jackie chan comically wins the first round, because lee is so thrown off by chans antics he can't stop laughing, round two lee is too tired to laugh, so beats the snot out of chan (because always wins the rematch), chan being the guy he is shrugs this off, gives lee a cup of 'herbal' tea and a couple of aspirin to show his respect for the others skill... lee promptly falls over dead. jackie goes, 'oops, guess I win by default... oh well' (ya gotta say it with the that funny chan voice that shrugs off even the end of the world) and steps over lee to call the morgue... the end btw that breakfast calzone looks good, they don't come from someplace that delivers do they? _____________________
