In my experience:
1) There is generally a great shortage of Mistresses in SL, and many subs searching for them. Good ones are in especially short supply. 2) Some would-be subs throw themselves at total strangers asking them to be their Mistress. Most of my friends who are even vaguely in the D/s scene have had similar offers. 3) I've also seen Dommes attempt to pick up total strangers as subs (but this is less common). 4) Personally, I would not get into any D/s relationship unless I knew the other person very well already. Though I suppose some people might get a kick out of the leap into the unknown occasioned by offering yourself to a stranger. |
