Well thats because of all those oversexed furrys yiffing and popping out more furrys.

Boy, I'll bet the people who started this thread are sorry that all they got from the free accounts were camping chairs and Bush is a Peach signs. Don't see many furries on those (unless peaches count).

so? Furries are fine. As far as avatars go you might find it a bit strange, but I've rarely seen a furry as badly done as half the human avs in sl.

One great thing about furries.... I've never come across one yet that is covered in lag-inducing 'bling'.

I happen to have furries as neighbours on two sides of my property, and I've found them to be quite a lot more pleasant than many of the people I've come across in game - and certainly not a camping chair in sight.

Coadey Concord's Aurora Wings are pretty cool, and they automatically disappear when you land, so I guess they count as non-lag-inducing non-bling.

well to let all you furry haters out there think about this

a vast majority of the vehicles / weapons / houses were made by furrys plus we have the biggest avatar in sl history which is over 100metres tall

we made the thundercats sword , thundertank
we also made a loada cars that normal ppl use in sl like choppers / helecopters / tanks / sg-1 deathglider / sg-1 f-302 fighter i could go on by listing everything plus were the only place in sl that has an actual working stargate that teleports ppl

plus its the single biggest community out there with the most helpfull admin / staff even furnation worlds are being called apon by linden admin / mods for our help because were helping linden in more ways than you all think we have so far 6 sims and theres a lot more to come

but what really gets me pee'd off is that theres a lotta ppl out there that come to furnation to cause nothing but trouble we had to restart the furnation world grin entirely 5 times in one day because jerks were coming in and dropping physic's bombs / tossing nuke scripts that wipes out an entire sim for hours and the worst was one who planted nuke c4 all around the entire fn worlkds system and when one goes they all go they wiped out the entire world and that wasent the end of it.....self replicating particle explosions which when started doubles in size every 5 seconds and by the time we get one of em its been replication for 2 mins and the lag in the sim just went so far the system ended up affecting other sims i think last month linden had to restart the servers for sl because of jerks doing this stuff

and what did we do...did we moan n shout n stuff....nope.....we asked the person to stop doing it or they will be banned....we banned em because they did it a further 5 times

unlike other ppl furnation worlds is a very tolorent place we allow anything to be built.....within reason

Furnation is a great place but it is also becoming a grief magnet like no other. The Lindens need to just hang out there 24/7 and start imposing fines on these nimrods to pay for the time and effort needed to fix the problems they cause in addition to being banned from SL. Free accounts need to stop being free when you cause trouble.

Look, I'm a furry, and I'll be the first to defend furries, but we don't need stuff like this.

Furries do a lot of cool stuff. But so does everyone. Nobody hates furries because of our lack of contribution to SL, so telling them that will only make it sound like bragging - which it is.

A "vast majority" of the vehicles / weapons / houses in SL were made by, guess what... SL citizens. Some of them are furries. Not all. Not even most, I would suspect. We're not 'special' because we do the same thing everyone else here does. The whole point is we're not that different. The last thing we want to do is start trying to make out that, far from hating us, we should be revered or something like that. That helps nobody except the people who hate us anyhow.

FYI, the first working, teleporting Stargate *that I know of* was made by Driftwood Nomad 2+ years ago, and there may have been one or more before that, and there have certainly been several since. I've seen at least a dozen indepdendently made stargates in my time in SL, over half of which teleported in one fashion or another.
