Yeah, it was pretty obvious to me after the fact. I don't know how I could have missed it other than having virtually no sleep. I wasn't trying to sound as snide as I did when I commented.



I did not mean for it to sound as big a deal as I must have come across. As I said, I have a great time here and feel the love. I was just trying to be sympathetic to those who felt excluded and brought up the one time that I was taken aback. I think you and everyone involved did an excellent job. It's amazing how organized and quickly things happened.

Ava brought up that things done by committee can be disasterous. I wasn't implying the group should have a vote in every decision. We'd still be debating in this thread. I just think it's best in a situation like this if the representation is done by a democratic process. Not because anything was done improperly, it just makes people feel more involved.

That being said, it seems everyone else has moved on and I think that's great. I'm ready to join. I'm sorry if anyone felt that I was making any accusations. That was not my intent at all.

well, im not really wanting to go into details, but i have never been in favour of an entire committee holding the project hamstrung, and that is NOT what i was on about. what i speak of is relating specifically to the officers role and how they functioned/communicated amongst eachother.

I worked my ass off for days and days on that thing. So did lot of other people. It's a major bummer to hear stuff like your previous statements. No one is running around lording anything over anyone. It really hurts when all that work is puffed up to look like we just took over and bossed people around. If people really feel that way I guess I'll not hangout there anymore.

If we weren't all opinionated we wouldn't be here. But I love the Hangout and the people who made it.

this is a prime example of what i was on about. one person (trout) asks for this sort of information, then another person (onyx) basically tells us to stfu.
the entire time the hangout was being created one hand never knew what the other was doing, and it was very frustrating.

It may have been a bummer to hear but it was pertinent to the conversation. I still believe my comments were valid. If you go back and read carefully, I believe you will find I wasn't slamming on anyone. I never said anyone was bossing anyone around. If I was as pissy as you are making it sound, I would never had donated tier.

I have repeatedly thanked you all for the hard work done as well as commenting on how impressive it was handled so quickly. Go back and read it subjectively and you will see there was no malice intended in my comments. Or don't read it and move on, but I refuse to be painted as pointing fingers or being ungrateful for making a criticism.
