Heya folks!
So I realised I'm supposed to give my secret santa pressie tomorrow, and I completely blanked on it - until just as I was heading to bed tonight. For the last 4 hours I have been baking furiously trying to get it done in time to cool before its ready to wrap (I'm baking stuff since I can't afford to buy - also I have no clue what sorta stuff he likes - I hope he doesn't mind  ). Now the guy has tons of mince pies, peanut butter cookies, and cinnamon biscuits. Also I decided to part with one of my very expensive bars of quality white chocolate  Its all wrapped up, ready to give and its currently 4.30 am. I have an exam in about 5 hours. I guess I had better go get some sleep! lol. _____________________

My spam post: Lil's Inventory Cleanout Time to finally start clearing out some of the stuff threatening to explode from my inventory. For those that do not know much about me, my primary motto is pretty much "if it is a dress/skirt-outfit and on sale, I must have it", followed closely by "if the sale is good, then I need every color available". That probably helps explain my ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING HUGE inventory -- we will NOT discuss exact numbers, but I have been beating Kokoro for quite some time now. In any case, I already have almost 600 items out marked with prices. While most of it is gowns, dresses, and skirt outfits, there are also a few pant outfits. I also have a few little girl dresses -- no clue how/where I got those. There is also a bit of furniture, wall pictures, jewelry, shoes, and hair. I've much more to still get out, but figured I would go ahead and start the sale.  It's absolutely lovely: picturesque and evocative, and restful. So, in honour of the venue, I donned an Irish sweater . . .  This is me trying to look as Celtic as I possibly can . . . _____________________

I had a fun morning. Went to see the bot in this story: /327/c0/355782/1.html and met Phil Deakins. We had a nice chat until I had to leave for work. He gave me a quick overview of How Bots Work and told me a few funny stories about them. I told him how Brenda once mentioned that she had a "bot bed" that she bought from Phil, and how I'd gone over to her house, looking at that thing, clicking on it, trying to make the bot come out. |
