I have never seen lewd behavior at the hangout and that pisses me off. Does the lewdness stop when I am around?:( I need lewd behavior!!I thrive on it!!!! :o

Smith and I did some photos for the No H8 campaign. We did individual shots too, which are on my flickr site, but I think this one came out best. I submitted them to the No H8 On SL group, but they aren't approved yet.

So Cody- a boat building question... how do you get around the prim limit with all that rigging? The Orca looks awesome and I am having a devil of a time! I want pullies for my sails but can't add them and keep the ropes and rings and other things :( -

Thanks! He's great. I always think I'm going to drown him in a torrent of words, but he seems to survive.

No H8 is a campaign for marriage equality.

Have you ever been given some really good news that took a big weight off your mind, only to find something worse to weigh it back down again?
I've just gone from being really happy and excited, to pretty depressed within about 10 minutes.

I know, I'm not Cody. :p

Amara - I've seen two ways.

One, for smaller vehicles like cars, bikes, even regular sloops and runabouts, is to have a physical shell that does the movement, and the rest is worn by the pilot. The Tetra-35 is like that. I rez the shell, sit on it, and wear the rest. Mo can still hop on a seat and it looks perfect. https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=375129

The other way I've seen is to not use a physical vehicle at all, but to instead use a non physical movement script. A lot of larger vehicles, like airships, spacecraft, and such use that. https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=840005

I've seen some people try to mix it. A static high-prim model, that when you sit on, gives you the attachment, and reduces itself to just a shell. Then reverses it when you stand.

That's just really scary stuff Mouse- my little boat is just a plain, simple, little boat - made out of hand carved prims - I spun material for the sails myself!!! All that other stuff is making me queasy to think i wd need to understand it- think I will just climb up and down the mast to raise and lower the sails the old fashioned way... thanks though :)

See this part here..."Tako-scripted boats have a bit of a learning curve, and there's a little more to sailing one than hopping in and mashing movement keys. If you've never sailed a Tako-style boat in SL before and you consider this manual too long to read, this may not be the boat for you."

I'm the one with oh no! Too long to read... so yeah- too much for poor little me. But thanks!

Mo- that's some disreputable looking bacon...

From: Brenda Connolly
Me reaches for the bacon than stops...blech....I'll just have some coffee.

I was watching a show on the Travel Channel the other night, all about the wonders of deep fried food. One of the places made Chicken Fried Bacon!

OK OK OK... (*mutters under breath about trying to keep everyone healthy*)

I'd never heard of chicken-fried bacon, but I found some!

I don't see people often except at big parties, so sometimes I think they're mythical or something.
