Awww he's lovely. He's over his kennel cough now so is running around in the garden. He has a couple of squeaky toys, so I stood at the end of the garden squeking them at him....he howled! A proper nose-to-the-moon-howl! It was so funny lol. _____________________

So let me ask...what do y'all do when you have the urge to make something, but no idea what. I've tried just randomly pushing prims around looking for inspiration. So far, nothing has struck my fancy. My inspiration often comes from seeing something in world that really sucks that I know I could make better.  ETA: The hardest part for me is that I can't make textures for crap, so I'm always searching for the "right" textures. _____________________

Hey, one of those nut-job threads going on out there mentioned the new and improved guidelines- i quote this little piece... "No Interpersonal Disputes or Singling out Others for Negative Commentary. We do not allow posts about interpersonal disputes or that contain disruptive or hostile comments. If you have a personal disagreement, do not post about it on the Second Life blogs or forums. These are public areas for the entire Second Life community and not for airing your grievances about others. Residents who have personal disputes have other channels of communication to discuss their differences – private messaging, IM within Second Life, or chatting within Second Life." Am thinking some attitude adjustments will be necessary for certain folks if they remain- assuming it ever does happen or any of us old folks migrate to it- _____________________

I received an invite to the Blue Mars closed beta thingy, but I don't want it.
I'd be happy to give it away, but it came to my work address. (I figured they'd be more likely to send an invite to a serious-looking address than to a gmail account.) My problem is, if I give it away, I will be giving my secret identity away as well. Not that that is such a huge deal, but if I could avoid doing so, I'd rather. SO Has anyone signed up for it yet? Is there a place where you can change your email address? If so, I'm set. If nobody knows, I'll try signing in and see if I can change my email address. Every texture I make is either Windows Paint, or a free thing you can download called GIMP, which is just as good as photoshop I think.
