That's how I like to do it too, although I start eating the cooked ones straight out of the oven. :p

he 159km course today consisted of two huge climbs (category 1, the hardest, and HC, even harder than cat 1) and two huge descents. So different riders had the advantage over different parts of the course and the field was forming and reforming into different groups as the day went on.
...

The deserving winner of today's stage was Spaniard Mikel Astarloza, of the Spanish team Euskaltel-Euskadi.

Also worth mentioning is Itallian Franco Pellizotti of Italian team Liquigas who added to his King of the Mountain competition points today by leading the race over both of today’s rated climbs.

Milton Waddams: [as the waiter walks away] And yes, I won't be leaving a tip, 'cause I could... I could shut this whole resort down. Sir? I'll take my traveler's checks to a competing resort. I could write a letter to your board of tourism and I could have this place condemned. I could put... I could put... strychnine in the guacamole. There was salt on the glass, BIG grains of salt.

Speaking of Spain, four of my friends just returned from Spain where they spent three weeks trekking the Camiño de Santiago, or St. James Way. This is a centuries-old pilgrimage route, and a popular walking tour. They walked 10 miles per day, for about 14 of their days there, sleeping in the rustic refugios provided for pilgrims.

We had dinner on Saturday, and I heard all about the adventures, trials, and jubilations of the trail. Color me green with envy that it wasn't possible for me to go!

I was on my own sat at the hangout, and Jackie turned up. He asked me to dance too! I don't think I've been asked to dance in forever!
Anyway, here's a pic of us dancing, while Craz the ever um...insane? eccentric? multicoloured?... floats around in the background on his zepplin thingie.

btw, Jackie took the photo :) I'm still processing pics and I'm a bit behind lol.

Tolerance for pain seems to be a big part of it. They have to be really careful to take in enough calories and water.

Local CBS news just reported...

A large tiger shark has been found in the middle of the street, Downtown Miami.

There are reports the shark was seen earlier- ALIVE- on the Metro Mover, a small elevated tram that runs thru down town Miami.

They just showed pictures on the news.

Miami is an interesting place...
