Last night at the Hangout, Izdzan was showing Claire and me her new skin. (I mean a skin she made.) I'm dying for a tall glass of OJ right now. and in the "huh?" file: A Mr. Mark Neely of Fargo, ND returned to his car to find all of his CD's had been stolen. The thief left a note praising Mr. Neely's taste in music, and telling him he should have locked his doors......signed [thief's name]. That's right...he signed the note!!! BERLIN (Reuters) – German police uncovered over 1,000 pairs of underpants and more than 100 pairs of swimming trunks after catching a thief nabbing another three pairs for his collection. The 46-year-old man was caught Sunday pinching three pairs of pants from a sports hall in the western town of Gelnhausen. Police then came across the enormous collection of underwear while searching his flat. "They were all evidently in use, but had been washed and neatly stacked away," a police spokesman said Monday. Police are now investigating where all the underwear came from. The suspect claims to have acquired then from car-boot sales and over the Internet.  _____________________

Speaking of Spain, four of my friends just returned from Spain where they spent three weeks trekking the Camiño de Santiago, or St. James Way. This is a centuries-old pilgrimage route, and a popular walking tour. They walked 10 miles per day, for about 14 of their days there, sleeping in the rustic refugios provided for pilgrims. We had dinner on Saturday, and I heard all about the adventures, trials, and jubilations of the trail. Color me green with envy that it wasn't possible for me to go! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Santiago_de_Compostela Wow...that's an amazing trek.  And it's remarkable how the numbers of pilgrims making the trek have been increasing at such a great rate. |

I was on my own sat at the hangout, and Jackie turned up. He asked me to dance too! I don't think I've been asked to dance in forever! Anyway, here's a pic of us dancing, while Craz the ever um...insane? eccentric? multicoloured?... floats around in the background on his zepplin thingie.  btw, Jackie took the photo I'm still processing pics and I'm a bit behind lol.Great pic! Local CBS news just reported... A large tiger shark has been found in the middle of the street, Downtown Miami. There are reports the shark was seen earlier- ALIVE- on the Metro Mover, a small elevated tram that runs thru down town Miami. They just showed pictures on the news. Miami is an interesting place... LOL..I just read the reports about that shark. Two guys brought it to a fish market and offered to sell it to the market?? lol. |

I made one last dash to RFL tonight. A few of the builds were still in place, and a few were disappearing as I watched. Luckily one particularly beautiful one was still in place.
