Last night at the Hangout, Izdzan was showing Claire and me her new skin. (I mean a skin she made.) This is how it looks on me - and incidentally shows what the well-dressed girl wears on a jetski:

a close-up of the face with bits of Watchman in the background:

There are free jetskis at Watchman, incidentally, near the Stonehenge monument.

.

Well done, Izdzan, and the skin looks great on you, Seven! And yes, so well dressed for jet-skiing. :D

Good Morning Threadians!

Nice breakfast, Mo. Um...is there any OJ? I'm dying for a tall glass of OJ right now.

and in the "huh?" file:

A Mr. Mark Neely of Fargo, ND returned to his car to find all of his CD's had been stolen. The thief left a note praising Mr. Neely's taste in music, and telling him he should have locked his doors......signed [thief's name]. That's right...he signed the note!!!

Police picked him up at his residence a short time later.

lol...it takes all kinds in the world, eh?

And by now, I'm sure someone has stepped forward with some OJ, but in case they've not:

I feel your pain.

About 10 years ago, I had a dalmatian puppy who didn't understand that he was a foot warmer and not a bed buddy. He thought his place was between me and my wife and that he was entitled to one of the pillows.

A trip to Ikea for a queen sized loft style bed solved that problem and gave me back some floor space. But the best part of all is the huge desk underneath and all the shelves. Only problem. . .I wonder what happens when my knees give out. I guess I'll just find a new place to sleep because I'm not giving up this desk

I love those loft beds. They were all the rage when I was in college. :)

For all of us that use canes or for the ones who just want to use the term "cane fu".

BERLIN (Reuters) – German police uncovered over 1,000 pairs of underpants and more than 100 pairs of swimming trunks after catching a thief nabbing another three pairs for his collection.

The 46-year-old man was caught Sunday pinching three pairs of pants from a sports hall in the western town of Gelnhausen. Police then came across the enormous collection of underwear while searching his flat.

"They were all evidently in use, but had been washed and neatly stacked away," a police spokesman said Monday.

Police are now investigating where all the underwear came from. The suspect claims to have acquired then from car-boot sales and over the Internet.

eeeeeewwwwwwww

Yup ewwww.

But...(RL 'ewww' story coming up, you have been warned!)

When I was stationed on Diego Garcia, a friend's roommate was caught stealing women's underwear from the laundry room. He was caught when..(and I can't make this up)...my friend returned to the barracks early from watch one morning, and upon entering the room saw his roommate sitting in the cushioned chair, with a pile of ladies' undies in his lap...bare nekkid...playing a nintendo.

Tex & I rode the giant ferris wheel. you can just barely see our heads at the top:

Here's a head shot of the giant dragon. the head was moving around and smoking a little... too bad the pic doesn't show that. was cool. i didn't take a side shot, i should go back and see if it's still there

and another little dragon i found

I AM LOVING YOUR TRAVELOGUE TODAY!!!

That big ferris wheel reminds me of the one that in Heidelberg at the US Army's Volksfest. I could see for miles and miles. :)

LOL Jerboa, some people are so stupid, they deserve to be caught.

I had fun at the hangout last night! So many people came and went, I had a ball!

I think my fort was a hit, I even had to put more sits in there so everyone could get in lol.
And I looooove the new skin Iz made. I've never tried darker skins in SL before, because I am so ghostly pale in RL, I try to stick to the pale look, because I think it works for me, usually.
But I think I'll definitely wear this one again. I found a whole new appreciation for my wardrobe! Particularly red! :p
I couldn't resist another photo shoot lol. Here's a vanity pic for you :D

Iz's skin looks yummy on you, too, Claire. :)
