Lil, I forgot what you taught me about posting pics on here. It's on Flickr. Just paste the Flickr url 'after' the IMG code (Insert image) or before? Or IMG on each end? The pic isn't opening, it's just showing a url. Thanks.

The Flickr urls always have these extra 4 characters at the end - strip them off so it ends in the ".jpg"

Nice - how many prims?

I have finally been fully assimilated -- my first questions when seeing nice things in SL are:
1) if clothing, shoes, hair, etc... -- where and how much
2) if houses or something for the house -- how many prims

Speaking of things for the house -- I am getting close to finishing the redesign of mine and one thing I want to get for it is a piano with the playing music scripts and animations. I know a few of you have one, so I thought I would start with your opinions.

Recommendations?

I don't use mine; I love it but is just too high prim. 63 prims, Musical Alchemy Concert Grand. I have a lower prim harp up, instead......

It's not the most modern one in SL, but Musical Alchemy's grand piano STILL looks great and comes with poses for one or two that are very fun, as well as builtin music and a radio. Free updates forever.

Plus, Penelope (Milk) is a sweetheart.

Depending on your graphics card, it is a bonus that it has no sculpties, or a problem ('cause its a leetle primmy). Hint: DON'T rez the 3D black keys add-on!

Sad to hear that.

Of all the recent celebrity deaths I would certainly rank Mr. Cronkite as the biggest name among them.

Some people have told me I look like this guy...

which I don't really like because he looks a lot like this guy...

However... my ex-MIL used to insist I look like this guy...

But that was back when he was a good guy and played for the Red Sox.

I love John Goodman!!! Such a teddy bear. :)

OK, I will man up. This isn't me now, but 15 years ago. If you really want to see who Chris Norse was modeled after.

Now this notice I just received is pretty cool:

Grid Expectations Blog has come up a tutorial on how to create your own roller skate hud!

Check it out!!

http://gridexpectations.wordpress.com/2009/07/17/finally-beautiful-sculpted-skates-for-sl/

And the instructions seem simple enough, though I have not followed them yet.
