It's Shiraz- besides the decor- nothing changes.

so today I got a way cool gift from the DSN thing - sparklies for my face!

Here is a pic and here is where i got them: Dream Travelers, Dreams Events, Dreams (117, 71, 25) that is the SL location- - wasnt there to take slurl but i have my sparklies - more than are visible here - they gave me green ones but i wanted purples so i had to go find the store Lots of cool stuff- halos and such-

As I mentioned in group chat, I haz a sad tonight.

One of my favorite sims, and a place where Ghosty and I had one of our first dates, has disappeared. I went over this evening on a whim, because next week, it will be a year since him and I met here on the Forum. I had thought it would be really nice to re-visit some of the places we'd been to a year ago in celebration next week, and was so upset to find Goddess Sensi's Land of Magic had been replaced with some one prim landscaping build This beautiful garden and secluded beach sim had been around for at least 2 years from when I rezzed.

Talk about having that feeling of being "immersed". I truly was as upset as if this was someplace in the realworld that had gone from out of lives.

Anyway, so much for that thought. But, we've decided to celebrate out-of-world instead, so much the better

Anyway, here's a silly photo taken last night as I was kicked out of SL without ceremony. As I was crashing, I found myself padding along the ocean for more than a few minutes (where I was not, I had been in a store). Surprisingly, I was able to download a picture to my hard drive - voila!

glad it worked out. i know you were sweating bullets there for a bit.

Elora, when i go "back" to a place and it is gone, i go back again and again.. checking and double checking that #1 i am in the right place, and #2 did the place really disappear? sometimes it's just hard to believe.

that pic is pretty cool actually. i'm not sure why, but i positively love the blues in it.
