Claire - thank you! Those mince pies look delicious! The flapjack looks yummy, too. Interesting US-UK word difference: In the U.S., the word flapjack often refers to a pancake. I like both versions. :)

Oh, and if you've not had a chance to stop by Livingtree for their Winter Festival...do! It's beautiful there.

There's snowmobiling...ice skating on the river...good yummies to eat in the igloo along the shoreline...oh! and you can pick up a really cool snowball fighting hud that tells you when you're toasty warm, and when you're frozen solid from being hit by a barrage of snowballs (not that *that* ever happened to me...)

...and there's a Gingerbread House! (sorry that the pic's not very well "set up";)

that's a great gingerbread house. all the other ones i have seen are just the same ol same ol....

Hehe..I had to take them off to go ice skating! :p I'll get one for you this evening. :)

Oh, and you can go inside the Gingerbread House, too! And there are cookies in there!!!
