My friends.. the Geeks are God and all that geeks is god :)

Picked up PC from comp hospital- I was told all is perfect now- they had to reformat the harddrive- fortunately I actually do make back ups!!! SAdly- the CD and DVD drives were not working and I was so distraught at the time I forgot to mention it so I don't know how I can get some virus protection on it before I can go on line..

go straight to Grisoft and get the free AVG virus protection from them... then get either of your players replaced immediately so you can get your firewall installed. YAY that you are fixed!:)

i need to go to ITT tech and get some puter fixin skills.

I got mine by myself. Reading, studying, frying parts.

Now I'm one of Dell's Road Techs, driving all over the area, replacing parts. Laptops are a big pain in the ass to work with.

But hey! Can't beat getting paid to drive around, smoking cigs, listening to the radio while you're looking for the customer's Address. :D

Oh Woe! sensible heart,
Can'st thou not imagine?
Are you empty and broken?
Where are your dreams?
Where are your hopes?
Do you not still yearn?
Oh Woe!, sensible heart.

 what in the world is wrong?
I hope she wasn't bitten by one of those Vampires..we may have to chip in for the potion.
I really wish a potion would fix it. I basically started off dealing with extreme dry eye condition (probably from the lasik years ago). Extreme dry eye sometimes results in an severe sensitivity to light of any kind. The doctor has now plugged one of my tear ducts and will be plugging the other eye in a few weeks - and I really really hope that that solves the issues (plugging one has at least helped a little bit).

It is funny in a way -- I have my monitor turned down on brightness, I keep the lights off in the rooms that I am in, and I wear really expensive sunglasses anywhere that I do not have control over the lighting. I get teased a lot about trying to be a prima donna, but I just figure 'whatever works so that I can still see the world'.

plugging the ducts so the moisture stays in the eye?

my MIL had to have hers UNplugged... they basically ran a microscopic tube from the duct down in to her nose... her eyes would water constantly and splash on to her glasses, etc... the wind and sun made it miserable for her.

it's wierd to hear someone doing the exact opposite, to gain the effect of her misery. i'll have to tell her. LOL

seriously, it sounds awful... like being partially blind. i hope this is the answer to your woes. please keep us posted.

Yes I wrote it, I was feeling a little melancholy earlier and it came to me. I was thinking about how some people think that just because you want to be whatever you want to be here in SL and they just want to be themselves that they see something wrong with it and therefore you. That was caused by a few in world issues that happened recently and then reading some of the negative postings where people dump all vamps into the same category as the Bloodlines users.

most likely you'll be right about 1-2 things, and wrong about the rest. but still, it's best to just keep some things to onesself.

Sorry about that light sensitivity thing..that can be so hard to handle..but good that you got yourself really good sunglasses to help. They can make all the difference with the light sensitivity.. And look pretty spiffy, too.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.
