Hey- I thought if i buy land on the same sim i can join it even if not concurrent? Please tell me i didnt buy little crappy pieces of land like a noobdiot? HELP!!!! Anyone that can help sort it out i am standing on my land pulling my hair out in prims

you can.

get really high in the sky, and when you can see both parcels at the same time, jsut go into 'edit terrain' and join the new one to the old one.

I thought the two pieces had to touch each other somewhere for you to join them.

as long as they are in the same sim, they can be joined. :D just remember to make the ORIGINAL land the last thing you link the others to.

my '10 year other board' friend who actually brought me in to SL has now basically left for WoW - and it's like pulling teeth to get a conversation out of her. :( i miss her tons. she is/was fun and trustworthy!

both my RL friends who joined SL in Aug '07 and Dec '07 also now left for WoW. :( but i see them in RL so at least i don't feel totally rejected. LOL

still ... i know wut you mean. totally sux.

before SL, i played Runescape. :eek: but mostly really just to get my kid on the friends list so i could spy on him and make sure he was behaving. we both SOLD our accounts.
