Lindal Kidd Motorcycle Spotted

Ok have you guys seen or heard of this weird ass motorcycle? I have been seeing it for several weeks and I do not recognize the logo and it has no markings.
The only markings I could find was a logo badge and the number 250 which I guess means 250cc. It is a scooter with two front wheels and the speedo goes up to 160. (Could that be FPS?)    _____________________
