Nope, not the same guy. He was wearing one of those enormous, blinging $ necklaces (actually, it's more like a body brace) and he lit up the entire Hangout when he landed. When told he looked very sparkly, he said with noobish pride, "Ya it's bling."

He turned up twice, and each time he left it was like night had fallen suddenly; the Hangout went that dark!

Yes!

If I'd thought of it (I'm kicking myself that I didn't, now) I would have cammed back and got a shot of the whole Hangout while he was there, then a shot of it when he'd gone, both taken at midnight. I swear, the guy was a walking beacon.

BTW, I guess we can safely assume no party for Claire tonight? I just want to make sure, because Ghosty was asking me this morning. I have very limited ways of reaching him during the day now, his company pulled their internet connection, bad boss! Just want to let him off the hook to do pressing RL or even his own SL stuff if he needs it.

Hi Morgaine - actually, it's not an iPhone; it looks a lot like it, but it's an iPod Touch! And! I've never used an iPod before, so I feel as if I've been thrown in the deep end of the pool, lol.

When I had to buy an Apple laptop earlier this week, Apple threw in an iPod for free (well, I had to buy it, but then Apple sends me the 100% rebate).

I hate those mail in rebate schemes. They usually are over complicated with sending in receipts, UPC codes, box tops, the deed to your house, and they expire in like 12 minutes after you leave the store........Christ. Just give me the fargin thing and be done with it. But making it complicated is all part of thheir insidious plan. They know a certain percentage of people will either send the wrong stuff or just won't bother at all. I usually avoid them.

Yes,there will be no party tonight. I actually have some RL stuff to do tonight myself. So won't be in-world until later than 4SLT. But on the 21st,we will party if it kills us all.:p
