I understand at least some BDSM types get off on mixing sex with humiliation. If so, then I suppose being "done" by an animal in a public place in full view of a children's playground sometimes occupied with children at innocent play might add to the "thrill," whatever it is, of being sexually humiliated. If this scenario is what the neighbors are up to, Mari is going to get no cooperation because then she and her friends would then be incorporated as part of their scene. A different approach would be needed.
