Briana Dawson Pretty much the entire point of my first post to her. Her methodology sucks. What kills me is she didn't still understand later my saying "You don't get to make snarky wise assed comments then take others to task for doing the same". I wonder what its like on planet nutball. |

Someone who is presumed innocent is to be treated as if they were innocent. There is (or shouldn't be, at any rate) no difference between "presumed innocent" and "innocent" when it comes to how you treat a person.

Yes, al Zarqawi acted as judge jury and executioner, if we accept teh US govts argument that he was an evil sob. But do you really want to boast about being at the same level? Having due legal process is supposed to be one of teh things that makes us better than the terrorists.

You said he " is innocent", not that he should be treated as if he were innocent. Can you really not see the difference? |
