There would be nothing wrong with adoption if, when they do get placed in a home, these kids wouldn't end up with crazy freaks like the ones on the news right now, that put disabled kids in cages bceause they were *difficult to handle*. There would be nothing wrong with it if people were willing to adopt the minority kids, the older kids, the sick kids and the disabled kids. And maybe you've never heard of children being overlooked for adoption because they are older, sick/disabled and/or are part of a minority group. Leilany Parents put babies in foster care rather than offer them for adoption because the parent wants to have the option to take the baby later. If the mother allowed adoption at birth the child would be adopted. |

And when they do, and STILL nobody wants them for any or all of the reasons stated previously, they end up in foster care and less wanted than ever because those people that fought so hard to keep them alive, then turn their backs on them and forget about them.
