Jake, it's the pro-abortion side who insists on a litmus test for judges. It's not the pro-life side demanding judges be pro-life. Are you from the USA? Yes I am. However the real abortion litmus test happens in judical selection, not in confirmation. The conservatives make that choice when selecting, which is the problem. _____________________
