Oh, I know. We forgot to define "market value".

...that should add at least another 20 pages to this thread.

Because I have no desire to blow my brains out, I will go back to ignoring the inane posting.

My question was how much do you think Ginko bonds are actually worth at the moment.

Your response as I read it is:

Market value plus yield: market value now is 0.07 + yield (unknown).

And you're saying thats 0.02 for depositors that haven't sold.

Yield is 1 cent a month paid quarterly. It's unknown to the point that if there is no payment for the next month, then Qie is completely right about the theft.

0.07 + 0.01 + 0.01 + 0.01 + 0.01....

So how does that add up to 0.02?

It can still be theft if he pays the dividends

Theres still that lil matter of the undisclosed HALF A MILLION dollars US.

IF you rob someone and just tell them youll pay them back later, it doesnt make it ok.

People argue they want to see some kind of legal action taken. Due the mess over such terms and people's priority to flame me instead of just debate, I'd say any action wouldn't even hold up in court. Possible but not practical. NP wins.

Id have to say any legal action has Zero to do with whether people flame you or not.

Eventually, I guess, but they were offered in June, so... well, my hunch is that they were offered in preparation for an engineered run.

Thats an interesting speculative concept

It sure was very coincidental that WSE got robbed, the same person won the Ginko Lottery and a bank run all started within a couple of weeks.

Im not saying WSE was in on anything. But the WSE robber could have been.

"Market value plus yield."

If one doesn't sell any bond, then leave out the market value. That leaves just the yield.

Brodsky, the answer is the net asset value of the stocks NP holds in HCL, HCB, BNT and anything else he owns on WSE divided by the amount of bondholders, MINUS Ginko insiders.

Im a bit lost by your apparent priorities.

You will call Nick a Screw-up and a F'n Liar over the use of the term "Face Value"

However - the fact that he claimed the scam wasnt a Ponzi, or that he wont divulge where the money went - gets no similiar reaction.

... or you wouldn't even care if I react just like you do. What people are telling me on here that we can agree all we want, but those that don't react like you are a brick wall and just wrong (and doesn't matter if the same exact things are said).

I don't think a dime was his estimate, but he said he could guarantee a dime. Thing is, I don't think he can guarantee much more than that...

Colette has not flamed you in fact no one in this thread has actually flamed you. They have tried to show you using facts what is and what is not. There are actualy no flames in this thread except for those which you think are there. Please realise that at this point the thread is derailed with an argument that means nothing. Most of us including myself attempt to bring the thread back to the subject of ginko and attempt to repost facts so they dont get burried.

You can have any opinion you want -

I just find it terribly inconsistant to call Nick a screw up and a f'n liar over using the term "Face Value" like its some tragic sin.

But to be willing to give him the benifit of the doubt on calling him a crook and a Ponzi Scheme operator. When its obvious hes mishandled a great deal of other people's money.

Using a term you dont like isnt even in the same league as not telling people where their money is and when they will get it.

Well Adz did have a little negative criticism --- which I can never remember him doing before, I think he lost patience.

And Cristalle Did say a couple of heated things.

And I did publically question whether we read and wrote the same language.

And you did call her Nick ---

Course those are itty bitty baby flames comapred to the stuff I went through on the voice and spybot threads.

I mean you couldnt even have popped a Jiffy Pop on those flames. Maybe a couple of marshmellows tho.

You are right! hehe I interpret that as an estimate :p :p :p

He should be able to guarantee a Quarter with all of his SL holdings. But I dont think people trust the ones WSE has no control over any more.

I asked questions and I get back, "what answer you want to a stupid question?" (as Cristalle said) How is that not calling me stupid or trying to flame me for just asking for facts? She never answered those questions. That was not at all helpful.

I thought it pretty clever to repeat something I said about XYZ and than say something like "why can't you get it through your head about XYZ." Then you come along and relate a brick wall. It didn't seem to matter if we both said XYZ the same way. That would be what I call flame thrown.

If you want to prove me wrong on something just so you can say you proved me wrong, go back to my original question on this thread "isn't that suppose to be %30?" Obviously, I'm not always right... it is no where near %30. Happy?

I will admit to getting a little hot under the collar. I don't like that, but I also don't appreciate the pedantic way in which we are addressed and the inability to recognize the difference in perspective, among other things. But whatever. I give up.

If you are going to quote me, get the quote right. And you still have not actually asked any legitimate questions that I have not answered. I know, it hurts and "you don't have time" to go back and read the thread to see that people HAVE been answering the questions... just not to your satisfaction.

Considering how obstinate she has been I dont blame you for anything you said.

Im terribly annoyed she ignores the point of all my posts to bicker back and forth for 15 pages as well.

Being very technical about this, I did not say "screw-up and f'n liar." I said "screw-up or f'n lie." Big freak'n difference.

I'll wait to see if the yeilds will be paid before I call him a crook and change my "or" to an "and" as you put it.

I still think she is Nick just cause of the posting style. (of course its possible that calling someone nick in this case could be taken as an insult i dunno)

I dont know if me telling you that your talking to someone who is a brick wall as a flame mainly because its a post to you

Now there are things in my head that are definate flames but those could get me banned so that's why they are inside my head and there they will stay.

Its simply an issue of when is enough enough on a subject and for me that was my wilhelm's saying it may be enough but some people enjoy debates that never end and have a circular route that kinda never goes knowhere but in this case it burries important information. The only benefit (if you want to look at it that way) is that it bumps the thread back to the top and if this is the only benefit which i can see and right now it is then since the subject of ginko being a scam was basically the cause of the thread and the release of the bonds its a good thing to try to bring the topic back to its original roots. IN that sense the bumps in an argument that can lead knowhere and has 0 significance to an issue are helpful.

Other then that it serves no real purpose unless your debating for the pure "joy of debating" even then there is a time limit and the peanut gallery is left to decide who had the strongest debate.

Also marshmallows are a good idea we should have some of those soon
