I can't believe you went to Cambridge, if you had learnt any Latin at all, you would know that learning Latin teaches you all the things about English that the English classes never do. Deira (who originally wrote "silly old fart", but changed it because she did not want to teach Ben English slang - after all, if my kids called someone a "silly old fart", I'd probably have a hissy fit and tell them off). They call me GOD actually - Grumpy Old Dad - because I objected to the original acronym which claimed I was a Silly Old Dad.
