While you're at it, how about teaching your vampy newbies that it's a role play adventure, not some stats game. Too many of your vampires are stalking the welcome areas as well as Help Island Publics trying to bite unsuspecting newbies. The welcome areas and the help islands are no place to for a vampire to be stalking.

This is Resident answers forums. We/they are only replying to your "want to be a vampire?" question. Sorry you are not getting the answers you were looking for. But I think you can learn a lot from the guests here and what they have to say

It is not that most don't like vampires, it is more that Bloodlines has a bad reputation amongst the forums communities generally. Most Bloodlines members do not roleplay in any form and repeated spam people with bite requests in non-roleplay areas, making a nusiance of themselves.

I am a vampire in SL however I am not a Bloodlines vampire. I do not need a combat hud for my roleplay. As for "real", I have been here since long before Bloodlines.

Who is real again? There is no real in SL. Is there believable? Sure, Bloodlines is not it.

Because someone didn't bother with a quick search of Bloodlines? Read the links Anti provided and you'll find that Bloodlines is as unwelcome here as it gets. Maybe if it was an actual RP system and NOT a "gotta suck 'em all" spam bite invite everyone until they wanna ingest large amounts of garlic system, then people might want to join.

Oh please, your vamps are so impatient that it's no wonder they're starving. One requested to bite me the other day and I was feeling a little kinky, so I told him to wait until I rezzed...if I was gonna give in, I wanted to at least see it. Now, standing at a very popular animations store takes me some time to rez and by the time I had...poof, he was off biting someone else.

If you can't wait for me, you ain't getting the goodies.

We love vampires. We love the goth fashions, the dark roleplay, the allure, the mystery, the hint of danger.

What we hate is spammers. We hate people who post thinly veiled ads on the forums. We hate people who sell pyramid scheme games as "roleplay". We hate getting endless unlooked-for bite requests from your players. We hate explaining to newbies who got "bitten" that no, they won't die or turn into a vampire.
