Huh, yeah....scim-anthy is a pain if the thing you 'mean' isn't the thing it gives you by default. "Here's 37 things you might mean when you say 'te', step through the list and stop on the one you want'. Katakana, of course, is at the end, and I probably walked past it back to #1, 'hand'.

I only JUST got it working with the viewer in Linux. Reminds me how barely-literate I am with it.

Me too. And I've been around vampires in sims and they never once have asked to nibble my neck. I'm cute. What's the problem? Could it be all that garlic I cook with?

Ahhh, Gabriele...you're forgetting the dude who was the only "real" dragon in SL and was indignant when he got bounced out of IoW while streaking through with his *cough* cod piece. ;)

ETA: It was Avilion the "real" dragon got booted from...sorry about that.

If you can't force katakana by typing the romaji in all caps then the programmer earns a bishojo mallet. :)

What we hate is spammers. We hate people who post thinly veiled ads on the forums. We hate people who sell pyramid scheme games as "roleplay". A chill flows down your spine as you subconciously detect the presence of something supernatural having entered the room.
You lower your head slightly for a moment before turning slowly around to face the window. The sheers are now stirring idly but you can see only the dark night beyond the glass.
Closing the window you feel more secure and yet there is disappointment evident in your eyes, that is when you hear the soft, musical voice from the leather armchair...

"Lindal, your call reached me as it always does. Come sit by the fire where it is warm."

You shiver with sudden delight and renewed apprehension as you make your way inexorably towards the armchair.

A shame the virtual sun doesn't make them virtually explode.

Heh, now THAT would be cool. If the Bloodlines creator writes into the script that a vampire avatar cannot exist in an area where the system sun is out (regardless of how they program the client), and if the vampire doesn't leave that sim within 20 seconds, he/she will explode, that would be awesome!

Just want to point out that a lot of classy people do play the Bloodlines game.
That is kinda like saying a lot of classy people wear bling.

Bloodlines is just not a "class" system which ever way you look at it.

Does that mean all Bloodlines players are spammers or annoying?
No of course not but you know the old saying...

Well, anyone in Murder Rehab is "fallen" and so many "authorities" here insist that an avatar's gender should be accepted at face value, making you a "woman", so the straight answer is "yes".
