child avatars - where to report.

I also have a child-sized avi, alongside my adult one, my furry one, my Tiny cat one and my normal-sized cat one....and my profile says I have a partner....

Linden Lab did not close down that parcel in question. The land owner closed it due to harrassment. There is a huge difference. I wont address the rest of your post because youre out of your mind. But, i wanted to take a moment to clarify that bit.

Using the logic of the post you quoted, we should do away with Furries. I watch "Animal Cops" and they way those animals are abused is just horrible.

There wasnt any sexually suggestive material at the Wonderland sim when it closed down. And the landowner closed it not Linden Lab, due to harrassment againt adult baby community. Wonderland was infact a pg parcel with no nudity, sex or xcite attachments or weapons allowed.

im sure furries are next or vampires, or entire bdsm community or anything that involves anything except vanilla missionary positions. Personally i would like to see dolcett see go but im not arrogant and obnoxious enough to push my limits and morality onto other adult human beings.

People who can't see a child avatar without checking their profile and trying to see if they're in dodgy groups need to take a good, long, hard, look at themselves.

In response to the thread title, child avatars should report to the attendance office, then to the toy dispensary.

Are you just an idiot or trying out to be one? Report it to your local police dept.

I suppose you could report it to your mother.

Thank you for all the replies. After reading them all, I can now see there is no harm in child avis. I may even get one of my own.

I had seen reports on Sky News about child avatars being used for sex and put 2+2 together, as I expected all characters to be adults, having never come across them.

No, when you read about perverts using child avis, what do you expect? I am a parents and don't wnat people like that to be encouraged to see kids this way!
It's only a tiny part of child abuse but I hope if anyone does see anything they suspect is wrong that they do report it.

After seeing the sky news report, it has given the game a bad name, for people who have never played it.
I genuinly though child avis were not allowed on the game, but I was wrong.

I would love to try being a child again and having a pony and cute clothes.

I hate pushy men on here, and would freak if a man appraoched me if I was a child at the time.

In some places, it will happen. (^_^) ... And it's oh-so-exploitable for a good laugh in the right crowd. (^_^)y

Gee, I took a long hard look at myself (again..I do that a lot) and just saw a parent. It comes with the territory to be protective.

Remember, this is an ADULT game... Some ADULTS do not want to deal with the sexual content or the "relationship" issues in game and just want to have fun. So don't naturally assume because you see a child AV that there is a child behind the computer(after all, we are supposed to be over 18 in this grid). I do agree.. there are some people that mis use a child character in game...but make sure you have witnessed a child/adult act with such an avatar BEFORE you go ARing someone because of group listings. Under 12 girls?? could mean that this is a group for girl avatars that are playing age 12 or under(totally assuming it's an innocent group). I wish people would stop freaking out and naturally first assume that because they see a child avatar that they automatically participate in child/adult rp situations or sexual acts! I for one know SEVERAL child avatars that are VERY aggressively against such acts occurring and do AR any situations that are inappropriate for a child av.
So, before you jump to conclusions about any child avatar you see in game and AR them...make sure you are POSITIVE something had been done wrong.. walking in a store simply doesn't mean anything(unless it was a sex related store). but hmmm.... I do know one store that has CHILD animations such as swinging on a swing/tetter totter (all that are completely child oriented but they also have(in another section) adult animations so we can't just assume because a child av is there that's what they are there for ... be sure before you AR ANYONE!

Child Avatars shoud be IMMEDIATELY reported to Dateline NBC & Chris Hanson!!!
