That's Brann's fault.

Gah, now you're talking about the weather???

Where is the controversy? The smut? Innuendo and outright flaming! You people are getting along far too well. This is a FORUM, you know.

For the love of little green apples, find something to bicker about! Quit ruining my coffee break with harmony and good-fellowship.

/me returns to the cheap seats

/me pokes Brann in the eye...then feels bad about it and gives her a cookie :D

on the voice thing? hmmm i usually get it wrong but here it goes:

Amara: prolly a lil girly, but cute
Gabby: throaty. wit hints of bacall or Cybil Shephard
Max: slight accent, upper baritonish, with an amused tone
MacPhi:Ralph Malphish :p

But the third job, some call it, uh, "the show" or "the big dance," it's the profession that every linden aspires to.

One could argue that you helped to set the tone with your air moisture storytelling. I reckon you did it on purpose to facilitate some moral high ground posting afterwards. I can see right through your nefarious scheme, Elora Lunasea. :p

Hehe! You got me Max!

/me sneaks back to my lair, trouble maker that I am. Goes back to call out my Alt, Jax Jaran to stir up more trouble here (lol)

We could start discussing so-and-so's failing health and you-know-who's latest gall bladder surgery.

Well, that might be crossing a line here. Wouldn't want to give out too much personal information now. Before you know it, we'll be handing out our phone numbers and setting up dates with each other ;)

I'll switch the topic to public holidays, as it is marginally less dull than the weather.

It's Sweden National Day tomorrow, which means that my weekend starts right now. Good old Swedes.

(Elora is bound to have some public holiday anecdote that she can use to occupy the moral high ground in three pages time :) )

Really. You're all sounding like my mother-in-law, who calls nearly every day to give us a weather report.
She just wants to hear your voices.

Oh, let's have Sweden Day in SL tomorrow. We'll wear traditional Sweden clothes and eat Sweden food and do all those things Swedens are known for.
I think it involves matresses and spas - I'll have to ask my mom to look stuff up.

:)

I'm not *celebrating* Sweden Day. I'm merely taking advantage of it.

Well my dear forumites,
After a few days rest, I cannot help that I keep wondering. Why on earth don't we ignore this one and let it die?

At least before it hits the 20k, since that would cost me. And I am dutch after all.

Seeing all that Ikea stuff coming out of Sweden, I cannot see a reason to celebrate a Sweden day either Max :D

It is, but Switzerland is just a tad South of Sweden. Good idea, though, we'll have Sweden fondue with herring or something.

You win today's prize for the most tenuous linkage from Sweden to something utterly unrelated. Be proud!

You missed the latest update - we are now in a cooling trend. But don't worry - I am sure that tomorrow or next week, we will be heating up again.

here's the biggest political/media ploy i've seen in a long time. i recently read that global warming causes the planet to cool. that's rich. LOL

Ok - back to the coffee pot to open the eyes further and wakey the brain some more.

Hey..... they are both S places - what more do you want out of me at this time of the day?

(edited to add: maybe I should toss a shot of something, anything, in to my coffee to see if that helps).
