There's, uh, probably a lot of things you didn't know about lindens. Another, another interesting, uh, lindenism, uh, there are only three jobs available to a linden. Dakota, you should know by now this thread is about everything and nothing. It's one long tangent and all conversations and subjects are open for discussion/debate/amusement. Some are important subjects which affect the world that adults like to discuss, like global warming. So, don't take it too personally  Well yeah, but I know people who've stopped being friends over things like opinions on global warming. If that happened here it wouldn't be so amusing, I don't think. |

I think CX has a deep and scratchy voice, especially in the morning. Brenda, (in my head) has some kind of New York 'What the f**k are you talking about' accent. That is because I have a cold and scratchy throat.. "CX" _____________________

Dakota, you haven't been around long enough to know this but we have a saying here, which either Chris or Brenda created - "What happens on the forum stays on the forum". We always try and let go of arguments here and once inworld, bygones are bygones. Or at least, try our hardest to be that way. Even here, I'd say most of us easily let go of grudges rather fast. It's pretty rare that things fall apart to a point where feelings are hurt and when that happens it is usually because the person who started it, is truly a troll or troublemaker of grand proportions. I'd say, most of us are respectful of others opinions and truly, are friends. A strange bunch we are, and we have an unusual way of showing how we like each other sometimes, but friends nonetheless _____________________

That is because I have a cold and scratchy throat.. "CX" awwww... /hands CX a hot toddy...  2 ounces whiskey 1 tablespoon honey 4 ounces hot water 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1. Place the whiskey in a large microwave safe mug. 2. Add the honey. 3. Pour the hot water into the mug over the spoon you used for the honey to get off the last little drops. 4. Add the lemon juice and stir well. 5. Place the mug in the microwave for 1 minute or until it is piping hot, but not boiling. |
