Enquiring minds and all....

Good morning Rioko and everyone else.

/me grabs a cup of coffee, munches happily on a bagel and settles into my chair; ignoring all the mail sitting on my desk from the 2 days I was away from work last week to catch up on this hefty thread :)

Waffles for dinner. Check.
/me pops the cork from a bottle of Italian Asti.
Mimosas for breakfast :)
I know champaigne is triditional but I find it is a little to dry and can clash with the sweetness of the orange juice.

6 tablespoons orange liqueur (recommended: Grand Marnier)
1 bottle brut Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
1/2 quart orange juice

To each Champagne flute, add 1 tablespoon orange liqueur. Add Champagne to fill 2/3 of each flute. Top glasses off with orange juice. Serve.

the GM helps..and is delish...

It's a small world. I just made a "Live Music Showcase" poster with Rich DeSoto for the Blarney Stone.
