I'm trying to quit smoking (2 days). It's all I can think about. I don't want food, I don't want conversation, I don't want to see another sunflower seed or toothpick. I just want some delicious poisonous smoke to fill my lungs. This is so f**king hard. I hate everyone at the moment. Especially non-smokers. This will soon pass, I know. In about 5 minutes, I will start to laugh uncontrollably. Then cry. I smoked for 30 years. I know exactly what you are going through. And for 30 years everyone said smoking would kill. Since it hasn't yet I thought it was time to try something else. My gratest fear is being old ... and I'm turn 47 in May. It's time to crank up the live fast die fast lifestyle another notch. Any way, Chantix is what finally did it for me as far as smoking. It was so easy would would not believe it. Would - Not - Believe. Seriously. And I got skincrawing, heartracing violently angery side effects from withdrawls any time I tried quit before. I'm no doctor, I'm just saying it worked for me. |
