Ok, now you've done. My stomach has been growling all morning. Now I have to figure out where I can get pizza that looks that good for lunch.
Nowhere in Texas...that's for sure.

Today I found out about a Hair store called Vignette and all the hair is free -- only 15 styles, but some are quite cute.

Nowhere in Texas...that's for sure. ![]() I'll have to agree on that pizza. However tonight I'm going out to Tomball for the chicken fried steak at Goodson's Cafe. Goodson's is one of about 500 places in Texas claiming to have the world's best chicken fried steak. _____________________

Looks like it will kill you with happiness. _____________________

Nowhere in Texas...that's for sure. ![]() I like some pizza better than others but nothing with lots of melted cheese and garlic tastes bad to me. With the possible exception of the slices they used to sell at Qualcomm Stadium but I don't believe they contained fresh garlic or real cheese. They looked great and the air around the booth where they were sold smelled like real pizza - so it was a big disappointment to take a bite and find out it tasted like cardboard. ... against my better judgement, i WILL be having pizza & beer for dinner tonight. it's my first Friday night this week, afterall. ![]() _____________________

Some day I have got to go to your neck of the woods and try some of that pizza that New Yorkers are always saying is so much better than any they can get any where else. I like some pizza better than others but nothing with lots of melted cheese and garlic tastes bad to me. It's ok to live it up once and a while. I had pizza while I was in New York. It tasted like pizza. Not the best pizza either. |

Some places do use low quality sauce and cheese, or don't make a nice crust. The classic New York Pizza has a thin, vrisp crust that will holl a topping or two and still fold so you can carry it with you. |

OK..it's taken me almost 3 years, but I have finally met a Linden in world.
![]() Other than a couple of couple of chats with Blue, I've managed to avoid them it seems. Today however I was wandering about the SL Veteran's memorial and Pathfinder was there, talking to the exhibit staff. I said hello, told him he was my first and he sent me a bear and a friend invite both of which I humbly accepted. I'm guessing he doesn't read the forum, otherwise he probably would have smote me. ![]() |

Tomorrow I head down south again and will be virtually netless until we get some sort of Wi-Fi setup that allows me to access any site instead of just my blog and gmail. Thanks everyone for all your kind thoughts and prayers. We have had some minor setbacks [a blackout which got him back on anti-seizure meds and a leg clot that they put a device in his groin area to defeat] but he is improving daily. Until we meet again, fondue

I just bought a new shape mainly because of the face. I'd been using a shape I made myself, but despite constant tweaking it never looked right to me.
And after someone told me my avatar looked like it could be college age, I couldn't get it out of my head. But I love this new shape: ![]() ![]() Until I change it, you can see my old face in my profile picture. |

Anyone use Grooveshark? It's a great flash based, online music streaming and recommendation service, similar to Pandora but available internationally. You don't even need to sign up unless you want save your playlists. You can search for songs or it can make recommendations based on your musical tastes and they seem to have your usual top 40 crap along with really obscure stuff.
Worth trying with a pretty clean and user friendly interface. Here's a good Lily Allen song for you to hum along to when you happen to read annoying posts ![]() http://listen.grooveshark.com/#/song/Fuck_You/21439057 /me sings along. _____________________

And after someone told me my avatar looked like it could be college age, I couldn't get it out of my head. My fault. Sorry. ![]() This one does look unmistakably young. Please don't discard the older shape though. I thought it was great |
