You're being trolled. As was Joshooah (but he figured it out early).

Don't feed the troll.

I'm slow, but I get it eventually . . .

If you're going to strike back against a bigger and stronger opponent, you want to make sure they *never* get back up.
This is what we men are up against Scylla.

Pep (Thanks for making my point for me better than I ever could, Love.)

True - when I was in my gun training class, I was told to never ever shoot to injure, always shoot to kill.

... but what if I like the free publicity of the event Pep is helping us with? Starts Dec 1st - 15th with details to follow. All are welcome including lizard people. :)

So if you don't like the sentiments expressed, have no valid counter arguments, and can't participate in a logical debate without (by your own self-admission) becoming over-emotional, then your last resort is to agree with bigoted and uncontributory sideliners that your opponent is a troll . . .

Pep ( . . . when all I have done is raise issues which are inconvenient to you.)

PS Congratulations. I just lost respect for you.

So when does it start? Some time between the first and the fifteenth?

Pep (But don't go unless you agree beforehand with everything in the manifesto.)

MY personal guess on the reason for this is two-fold --- 1) most men that are beating their wives do not want to kill her (maybe cuz then she won't be around for him to beat up) --- 2) if husbands abusing their wives were handling a bit more effectively by the legal system, the wife might not feel like killing the guy is her only real choice.
Nah! Females get over-emotional and over-react.

Pep (40% of the men were killed for leaving the toilet seat up, 30% for not taking the garbage out when told and 10% for buying the wrong brand of perfume for her birthday.)

Pep, address what I have already said.

The event that you are attacking as "unfair" is EXPLICITLY about all forms of gender violence. This is why it is entitled "16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence." This broad focus is a reflection of the degree to which feminism has shifted its attention to ALL forms of violence.

What, despite my offer to make T-shirts????

I thought you were told to fire at the biggest part of the target . . .

Pep ( . . . which is why women in such situations usually aim just below the waist.)

The game may be called American Football but there is relatively little kicking in it.

Pep (Channelling yet another thread.)

PS I was not attacking the event; it was the charity I said was unfair, which Joshooah agreed with. Why don't people actually read what I write. Maybe it is easier to make it up?

Hey there - just poking my head in to report that my lindens have been deposited in my XstreetSL account. The SL economy can rejoice, once again! (/327/85/252954/3804.html#post2606934)

I am, without much success, trying to parse THIS . . .

Pep (Once again it is over-emotional over-reacting women that refuse to acknowledge their sexist bias.)

As I have explained to my kids since they were small, there is a big difference between how you feel about people and how you feel about the way they behave.

Pep (Maybe you didn't have a caring father like me to explain that sort of thing?)

PS Nowhere in post #93328 do I say that the event is unfair; my criticisms are more specific.

Pep, address what I have already said.

Will never happen. He simply ignores what proves him wrong and substitutes his own lizardman reality to see if anyone will still bite.

Entirely wrong of course, as I would expect. I just refuse to be sidetracked by extraneous issues as diversions.

Pep (When do you start suggesting more violence against me, Rhonda?)

Anybody out there with Restrained Life experience - does that viewer have this functionality?

Amazing that he's doing it with just scripts. The only way I can think of to do this is to use PERMISSION_CHANGE_LINKS and unlink/relink whenever the other person edits a prim.

Oh that's good to know. I've never paid the xstreet avatar before but I always thought you could do that, rather than using the remote deposit box or directly through a terminal. I have heard there were spoof avatars though. Is that what happened or was there just a delay in having your lindens deposited?

So you have moved the thread on from a real life campaign against violence to discussion of a browser's virtual BDSM capabilities?

Not that I know of.

I know SLink has a HUD/pose stand combo to let someone else set the color and texture of your SLink prim feet for you but I have not seen anything like this that will allow someone else to do the positioning.

There was a time you could do that, but that time is no more. There is even a blurb in the profile that says not to pay them directly.

I do not know when it changed - it might have been from the buyout. All I know is that at one time you could and not you can not.
