From: 3Ring Binder cool, Kaimi. i think comparing an SL build to a RL one you had never seen before would be interesting. He found it so. It was pretty cool. He's so familiar with the vr versions that it was interesting to be there in person with the rl ones. From: Lexxi Gynoid One of the fun little exploration trips I've made in SL was to Chichen Itza. Since I've been there and climbed it in real life. Ooh I'd love to go there in real life! Maybe I really will go to the one in SL. From: Treasure Ballinger Oh my, me too; I didn't realize it was in SL also, will have to check that out. I bet that's great exercise! From: 3Ring Binder agreed it would also be cool to visit a SL build that you have been to in RL. I thought it was very cool the first time I saw San Diego in SL. From: Elora Lunasea ... BTW - amazing live coverage of a high speed chase car in California right now - rather fun to watch! AGAIN? GHOSTY, have I ever mentioned how much I like you? If not it was an oversight. And I can't resist this .

From: Amaranthim Talon You don't Think of it as an old-timey porch rocking neighborly chat. People wander in and out and talk or just 'sit a spell'. As an occasional follower and poster I would say you just jump in wherever it is at. Don't try to catch up on this complete thread. Treat it like it is one of those merry go rounds in a kids playground. Jump on when it is slow enough for you. Fall off whenever you get too dizzy.

apparently they live in a pineapple under the sea... perhaps the pineapple serves as a barrier of some type.

while living, sponges are recycling water and extracting food as they do. they don't absorb it until after they've been dried out.
(okay, i made all that up. but sounds plausible, doesn't it?)

From: Kaimi Kyomoon I had a fun day today. Ham Rambler who owns Dublin in SL and San Diego City in SL is in rl San Diego for a couple of days and I got to spend the day with him. He's super cool and it was a lot of fun. One of the things we did was drive past some of the rl versions of landmarks that are in SDSL that he had never seen in rl before. Kaimi, this sounds like it was a blast! *He's* a lucky guy to have had a chance to get in some Kaimi time. Please tell him I'd like him to put in the Belmont Park Big Dipper someplace. http://www.giantdipper.com/

From: 3Ring Binder your good friday joke of the day (from the inbox): Each Friday night after work, Bubba would fire up his outdoor grill and cook a venison steak.. But, all of Bubba's neighbors were Catholic. And since it was Lent, they were forbidden from eating meat on Friday.. The delicious aroma from the grilled venison steaks was causing such a problem for the Catholic faithful that they finally talked to their priest. The Priest came to visit Bubba, and suggested that he become a Catholic. After several classes and much study, Bubba attended Mass.. and as the priest sprinkled holy water over him, he said, 'You were born a Baptist, and raised a Baptist, but now you are a Catholic.. Bubba's neighbors were greatly relieved, until Friday night arrived, and the wonderful aroma of grilled venison filled the neighborhood. The Priest was called immediately by the neighbors, and, as he rushed into Bubba's yard, clutching a rosary and prepared to scold him, he stopped and watched in amazement. There stood Bubba, clutching a small bottle of holy water which he carefully sprinkled over the grilling meat and chanted: You wuz born a deer, you wuz raised a deer, but now you's a catfish. LOL - /me likes

I was going to say, for someone who should be so focused on evil, your posts bringing balance seem out of place. But then I thought more about it, and realized that you *are* doing your job! That's where the best opportunities lie.

Yay! Your contributions here are wonderful. I'm glad you're back!

Well, after a nice sleep in, a huge mug of tea, some puttering around, I finally checked the thread, and whoa you lot have been busy!
And it is such a nice day. I thought I saw a dark cloud in the sky, but I blinked and it was gone again. So refreshingly nice. I hope others find similar weather.
