From: Brenda Connolly Eitherjkm, lhjkn,* *This was posted by Boomer. I had the window open to say hi to Spike, but stepped away to get some coffee. He jumped up on the desk and had his massive paws on the keyborad. What's the old saying about monkeys at a typewriter? *throws Boomer a puppy treat* lol...when I first saw that entry, I thought someone was talking about the ethernet.

From: Tex Nasworthy Good morning (or whatever) folks! Say what you will but eventually everyone will post in this thread. Just today we've got a range of posters from someone that hates this thread, the interent, and SL to Brenda's dog. I love it! I'm biased but out of the two, the dog's was more worth reading.

From: Bith Wierwight Back from the desert wedding, and the wildflowers were fantastic! The wedding went well: only one fight! Thanks for the well-wishes. I hope the bride is still on speaking terms with our family after the "incident." Poor thing. At least this time it wasn't my fault...folks should know better than to invite exes to sit at the same table, even if they appear conciliatory. LOL cheap entertainment. i hope it all works out. glad you had fun!

From: Tod69 Talamasca I'm starting to see the side of the wife-beaters and WHY they're right. F*ck 'em!!! doesn't matter how mad you are at someone (and btw, you should be mad at YOURSELF. you allow this behavior in to your life, and encourage it by feeding it)... you are dangerously close to meeting my ignore button. i am sorry for your troubles, and it might be time for someone to suggest YOU get some therapy.

From: Ashe1 Writer ...wonders if Chase has a last name? i'd have to go inworld to find it. he's on my friends list, so easy enough to get. but, he said he was going to come to the forums and post, so i didn't worry about that. i hope he found a new shape since i left. he was starting to look like frankenstein, or that kid who was in Mask (with Cher). LOL

Mmmhmmm. And I also feel bad for Tod but for my own peace of mind and continued enjoyment of the thread, had to put him on ignore for the time being. My first time doing that. Have I ever told you guys 'why' I am deaf? Head trauma. Abusive ex-husband. Key word is 'ex' of course, but still........zero tolerance for back patting of physically abusive people.

I can't eat food that's staring back at me like that! Stop it! Boomer: Welcome to the forums! GOOOD Doggie! Jerry: You only say you have no friends because EVERYONE is your friend...with no enemies to compare them too, it can get hard to see that. Also to Jerry: Feynman, by all means. He puts a sense of humor into quantum physics...which only shows how great a genius he really was. Todd: HUGZ!, squared and cubed. That Hermit person: Lighten up. The Internet is a ponderous and wonderful invention. Only really Great things can be used for fun. Consider the Frisbee. Wait, Boomer! Bring back that Frisbee!!!

He did seem nice and appeared to have potential to be a normal person, at least until we got our hands on him...

He did seem nice and appeared to have potential to be a normal person, at least until we got our hands on him... i IM'd him when i saw him come online yesterday. he didn't contact me first. after we left you at the hangout, he learned about search and the map, and he showed interest in LOTR. so, we went to a LOTR spot and as it turns out, he had never left that place since i had last heard from him. LOL if you want, i can give you his name next time i am inworld and you can have a go at him. he is in desperate need of shape help. DESPERATE! i didn't have time to teach him the sliders. that is next on my list, so please feel free to help him. PLEASE. he's a nice fellow. y'all be gentle.

Well, he is hurting and drunk. If he said that sober, I'd take it more seriously. Though I do tend to agree with your suggestion about him finding help to get his life and priorities in order. And Tod, getting drunk alone and angry isn't really going to help you cope.
