Exactly, hence why I have not bothered. Though to be honest I don't think I will bother much with bot threads any more, all I have to say about it has been said and any opinions a person expresses against traffic bots quickly earns them coordinated attacks by the people who have vested interests and their cronies.

sounds so good Oryx.

i was just practically starving, so made a hokey sammich to hold me over til dinner. we don't keep a lot of sandwich fixins' here, so i made do with what i could scrounge up in a hurry.

2 pieces of whole wheat bread
1 garlic & herb laughing cow wedge
2 tbl horseradish sauce
2 thin slices boiled ham
2 green leaf lettuce leaves

smear cheese on one bread slice, smear horseradish sauce on the other, stuff the ham & lettuce into the middle and eat. it was actually pretty good. LOL

i HATE shopping too. i buy in bulk, but when we run out then that's that.

tonight is bbq steak and salad. last night i made chicken enchilada soup. that's the only meat we've had since last friday night.
