I noticed, while talking to the Field Tech Support people in Arizona, that we perceive Hot & Cold differently.
For me, being near Pittsburgh, 45º F is warm, 70 is perfect, 90 is HOT. For them, 45º F is Freezing, 70 is cool, and 90 is warm. I also just shoveled 5" of snow off my driveway (takes about 2 hrs of work). All I gotta say is "Global warming MY ASS!!!" _____________________
really pissy & mean right now and NOT happy with Life.

Well, the Inaugural Events begin today. (Actually, they started yesterday evening, with the Obamas' arrival via a whistle-stop train. The train had an antique caboose! )
At 2:30 pm (11:30 am SLT), there's a concert at the Lincoln Memorial. "We Are One: The Obama Inaugural Celebration at the Lincoln Memorial" Singers/Entertainers Scheduled To Perform: Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Jon Bon Jovi, Garth Brooks, Sheryl Crow, Renee Fleming, Mstr. Sgt. Caleb Green, Josh Groban, Herbie Hancock, Heather Headley, Bettye Lavette, John Legend, Jennifer Nettles, John Mellencamp, Pete Seeger, Shakira, Bruce Springsteen, James Taylor, U2, Usher, will.i.am and Stevie Wonder. Supposedly these folks will also be there: Jack Black, Steve Carell, Rosario Dawson, Jamie Foxx, Tom Hanks, Martin Luther King III, Queen Latifah, Laura Linney, and Denzel Washington |
