From: Jerboa Haystack ..cringe.. ..eep.. ..ungh.. ..ow!.. ...Ok...Ok....Uncle! *throws his paws up in surrender* You're right...you probably did. 4 days feels like a lifetime! And we jerboas aren't known for our long memories. I iz sorries... I need to stop licking ears, me thinks, as only one ever says hi to me in world. I think some fear I might try to eat them, or something. I should just use my claws when I eat. Trying to look prim and proper with my tiny knife and fork means I go everywhere with them. So only one says hi to me in world. I assume it is the fear issue.

From: Brenda Connolly I had a dream on the flight home that I would come back and find this thread had finally passed on.................... Welcome back Brenda. I had a dream you gambled your plane ticket, and ended up at a low rent casino playing "rock-paper-scissors", and "I'm-thinking-of-a-number-between-1-and-10". Then I woke up, and realized I'd left the tv on, playing Vegas Vacation.

From: Amaranthim Talon Hey- we not only Hi'ed your alt self but sent you shopping- with a Body Guard even! That was after I said something on group IM (and a response is rare, so thanks). And Steely was body guard? He spotted me and ran the other direction (or didn't spot me and ran the other direction). I still think you were messing with me though.

Morning threadies! I have risen from the land of oversized, cardboard boxes and find myself alone at work today - no bosses to contend with, yay! Even one of the employees took a vacation day so it's just me and one other guy who is quiet as a mouse, and sits way in back of me and can't see a thing I'm up to Guess it's kind of ridiculous to ask for a synopsis of the last week or so, right?

From: Jerboa Haystack Awww...Lexxi. Are you on my friends list? I'd be happy to wave...from a safe distance...when you're around. Not on friend list. I find it hard to offer friendship, so, for the most part, the list contains people who friended me. I know there is at least one that I was attempting to look at their profile and hit "add friend" or whatever that button was, and they accepted. And at least one where I was attempting to be broaden my social skills. They accepted. They didn't remove me until many moons passed. Granted we hadn't talked much after the intial few months, but I thought they had left SL. That reminds me: Over the weekend, as mentioned in this thread, I looked into my first account for the first time in a long while (which I find hard to think of as alt, as Lexxi is the alt). I found three dead people on my friend list. One I had already known about, and two more I hadn't. One was one of the few people that really liked my art, and the other was someone I was friendly with but hadn't seen since at least December of last year. ((how do I know dead? IM from one friend about the other friend (have no reason to not believe the IM); one had note in profile noting that they had passed on signed by someone else's name (1975-200 ).

From: HoneyBear Lilliehook ...Hey, I was a very, *very* busy girl. Cleared my OS sim, moved back on to my full sim, ... It was a bizy weekend for the Kidd, too. I participated in two days of Dramah, which ended up with the guy not showing up in RL as promised to meet the girl, and admitting he'd made up the whole trip and progress reports. Yeck. Consoled the heartbroken girl. I got seduced by a Vampire (it was OK, it was just my sweetie). I got gobs of new hair from Damselfly. I taught classes. I helped noobs. Sorted inventory. I finally got Lebettu rented out...and will cover tier this month! I remodeled the whole place...moved houses and skyboxes hither and yon, redid the seawall and harbor. I bought new living room and bedroom furniture with tons of animations to play with. I fixed a tenant's plumbing (well, repositioned the poses in his hot tub, anyway). Made lots of new friends, and talked to some old ones I hadn't spoken with in a while. Somewhere in there I broke away long enough to get stuffed with turkey and trimmings.

From: HoneyBear Lilliehook ...Hey, I was a very, *very* busy girl. Cleared my OS sim, moved back on to my full sim, decorated my house, made it snow everywhere on my sim (gawd it's gorgeous), rehearsed for this weekend's show, screwed around with my computer, my SL settings, my modem settings, my modem, cussed and screamed at LL more than once (in the privacy of my home LL, tyvm), wept over the general state of my inventory more than once (I'm ready to hit the delete button on the objects folder), shopped for Christmas decorations (like I needed more), spent a fortune at Moody Stiletto's, did a hunt, um, oh yes, cooked a ham and the sides and ate, did laundry.... busy girl! /me plans to come visit your sim to see the pretty snow.

Send her to the Garden of Lost Love (use that exact search term). I created it for those who need to grieve in SL. There are expressive poseballs, in a peaceful environment. Yep, you were a busy girl too!
