all of those sound good, with the possible exception of deep frying a perfectly good chocolate bar.
Don't really have a fave. Home cooking. Corned Beef Hash the way mum makes it. Bacon Pudding.

Those are not individual portions! Those are using an entire tenderloin roast. What do you mean by a "whole fillet?" Do you mean the tenderloin, or the loin, or what?

Well, I wasn't sure what you would like. i knew you lived across the pond but not which island. And while I have heard that Scottish food is based on a dare, it is something to eat to give your stomach a rest after an Irish breakfast.

I don't know what bacon pudding is, but anything made with bacon can't be bad.

"Tenderlon" is what we call that same cut on a pig, but not cattle. On cattle it's called the fillet.

Bacon pudding....Most people I've explained it to have just been plain disgusted by it. Bacon bits rolled in suet and boiled. Typical stodgy british food :p

How about a dry-aged prime rib roast and use the pastry to wrap a mild chese like Harvarti or Jarlsberg; server topped with a little fruit compote or jam.

Speaking of Beef..... the best I ever ate was when my sister dated a dairy farmer about 10 yrs ago.

They had a cow break a leg, so later that day everybody was given a large amount of FRESH beef.

OMG! It was Fresh!! Tasted kinda "milky". Not like like regular eatin' cows.

I wish she still was with him just so I could continue eating his livestock. :D
