From: Void Singer someting about minds, small, average, and great discussing others, events, and ideas respectively?
but trully, conversation is a hallmark of civilization... it's also a social medium, providing a link for common interests, goals, community, and even an outlet for that herd instinct that socialization can represent.... and provides the context of communicating more complex subjects
think about that the next time you want to rain disapproval on those that aren't saying anything you care about hearing... if not for those people, we'd all still sniffing each others rear ends, and happily munching on others lice What's the weather like where you are? It's raining here. Did you see that show last night with that guy who did that thing? Yes, the long slow crawl out of barbarism is thanks to this sort of thing.

Yes, the long slow crawl out of barbarism is thanks to this sort of thing. oooo internet sarcasm, how droll. I get it, you see inanity in the above statements, I however see information exchange, communications maintenance, relationship building, and concern for a contact... nevermind socialization, mutual attention, and resource accuisition. hmmph, I should have been a communications major. at any rate it beats grunting when you want something, and beating things with stick when you don't like them which makes me wonder why you're here reading and posting in these sorts of threads if you claim not to care for such 'low level" exchanges... attention getting? some sort of inferiority complex?

From: Jig Chippewa your name tag says it all.
. There is something wrong with being a rural working class white? Sounds a bit discriminatory on your part. Was there something stopping you from answering the question?
