Qie: Roasted Duck with Rosemary Cream Sauce. Deep and rich, with hidden nuances and flavors, enhanced with spikes of wit and charm.

Macphisto: Mushroom souffle with bleu cheese sauce. Light yet earthy humor, grounded in a dark forest of intellect, sharpened by a wry and witty strain that never fails to surprise and delight. And really yummy. :)

Goodness, all these yummy men...each one a delight!

Mac as mushroom risotto? YUM...but I was thinking more along the lines of Bœuf Bourguignon, a country dish: Braised beef with red wine, garlic, onions, carrots, bouquet garni, and mushrooms...yum. Dark, earthy, tangy...subtle...hidden flavors...may take a long time to "prepare", but well worth the time and effort.

Joseph is a four course Italian meal
05-15-2008 23:13
Joseph is a four-course Italian meal, but really, it’s tiramisu that says it all.

- bruschetta: down to earth, fresh..savory
- gnocchi with pesto...deceptively simple..basic, but with a surprisingly sharp, spicy overlay
- lombatina: hearty; perhaps tough on the outside, but soft and tender on the inside.
- tiramisu: eggs, mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers, cream, espresso coffee, liquor (brandy, marsala, or rum), a little bit of sugar, and shaved chocolate. The word tiramisu means "pick me up" but can be translated as "make me less sad/happier", and Joseph certainly does make my heart soar.

Tiramisu is rich and full of flavor, but not so rich as to need to stop after one taste, so full of flavor, yet never overwhelming...the tantalizing hint of the liquor, the explosion of the chocolate...dreamy...someone described it as heaven in your mouth...and I agree.

Not bad. You could do worse. Imagine being likened to those big Gulf Shrimp. The ones with the heads still on when the serve them, with the dangly bug eyes, and all the creepy legs thingies. Just like the one's I had at Ralph and Cacoo's.

OMG - Please do not think Ralph and Cacoo's is authentic cajun food. You have a better chance of getting cajun / creole food at the B&K Lounge. (burger king)

"CX" - hangs his head in shame

Faye again apologies.

I know they like to mention Trout and Yoseph a lot but they secretly long in their hearts for the catch that Claire got...the wild one, a real tomcat of a guy, a real tiger.

Look for a guy like me, and you got it made...but don’t be surprised if he still enjoys browsing among the lilies, and the daisies and all the other beautiful flowers out there from time to time, if you get my meaning. If you truly love each other and allow each other personal freedom, your relationship will outlast, and outshine the 'other flowers and flings'.

Ask him point blank if it would make him feel jealous to see you briefly with another man...THAT is a litmus test...to see how he would answer or react to that.
I decided I had to add my comment on this.

I do not secretly long for a tomcat that is going to be out playing around. I want a man that wants me and me only. I want to be special, not just another flower in the field. And while I probably would not feel jealous about my guy dancing with another woman, I most definitely would if he was intimate with someone else.

And I personally think that most women feel the same way.

That would be crayfish. Also called crawdads or mudbugs. Those are freshwater critters.
I love crawdads. Tastey little things. Spice them up hot and boiled with corn on the cob. Sausage on the side.

Can you get fresh crawdads in Canada?

How anything could be more off topic I don't know..but just want to mention- never, ever, have crawdads, Jack Daniel's and Reeses Peanut Butter Cups i the same sitting... really - don't do it...

I'm not much into sharing, either. I like my man to smell like MY man, not another woman he was just with...
But when everyone involved is honest about it, then it isn't cheating. There are all types of relationships (more than I ever thought possible since coming to SL, lol), but if both parties are OK with it, then why not.

Thanks for the heads-up, that's exactly what I was going to eat tonight.
I'll skip the nightly Reeces Peanut Butter Cups just this once, and replace the Jack Daniels with a beer or two. Think I'll be safe?

Depends I suppose on the quantities involved - keep the Perrier handy.

True - if everyone communicates and knows what is going on then it is not 'cheating'. In SL and RL there are many types of relationships and I don't have a problem with anyone doing whatever works for them. And I try really hard not to negatively judge others based on my views, morals, wants, etc.

I still think that *most* women do not want to share their man. I also think that some will tolerate more of the 'sharing' or 'tomcatting' in SL than they ever would in RL - but a lot of that is simply due to the nature of SL.

Same here, Lil. I saw Graph's comment and was sort of like, "Huh?"

I absolutely have no problem with my man flirting, dancing, whatever with another woman, but I'd be really upset if I saw him kissing her, let alone wandering around having random sex with women. Tomcat? No thank you! I'll take a loyal labrador retriever. :)

Oh, and p.s. Being from the desert, I'm seriously revolted by crawfish. *shudder*

Personally, I don't want a Tomcat, I don't even like cats.

Agreed. The only Tomcat I'd want has 2 jet engines attached to it.
