From: BB Bohemia To be honest I have neither the time or inclination to argue details on a forum like this. One look at some of the preceding posts will explain exactly why. However, I am always happy to elaborate and discuss things in voice in-world, though my time is very limited.
Neither, I'm afraid, can I write in an open forum about projects being considered by - for example - a major UK terrestrial broadcaster and media business.
As I cannot go into detail, it's best that I don't get drawn into any further discussions in this thread, so I won't be revisiting.
All I really need to say anyway is 'watch what happens'. What member of Parliament to we have to go through to get an appointment? I love people who drop little hints that they are "In the Know", then are too busy or importatnt to elaborate. Please don't waste your valuable time with us then. We'll be fine without you.

we do that already.. we watched sim prices go up and down.. we watched the OS debacle.. we watched the Xsteet and Onrez takeover... we watch all the time... hard to plan for the future.. to have any kind of biz plan when everything has to be watched for until it is plonked into our laps unceremoniously... already implimented

From: Darkness Anubis Then there was the 2 day long outage of 2004 Yeah but we got paid for that. Is SL better or worse? To me it's just not as "better" as it should be 5 years later. In 2004 I thought that by NOW I'd have access to a stable platform. It was a silly thought I know.

But...but...but.... "I" won't be fine! I will feel, well, let down and downright depressed! I enjoy senseless inuendo and hidden messages. It's why I always bought Cracker Jacks as a kid (the hidden message part--remember those cool decoders?--, not the senseless inuendo--unless of course we're counting that sailor image...I always thought there was a little something there that I was missing). So BB please, I beg you...don't leave us know! Keep touting your self importance, but remember to keep it veiled in scarves only opaque enough for the most practiced visionaries to actually see through!

Oooh!! :: squeals of delight :: "terrestrial" as in ET? I LOVED that movie!!!! Oh...wait....those were extra terrestrials weren't they? So those were BETTER terrestrials than the UK broadcasting ones, right?

All I really need to say anyway is 'watch what happens'. What BBC is redoing their sim again and trying to bring more intrest inworld? Or is sky news buying up sims to create more drama for ratings and scum reporting? Come on! Inquiring minds want to know!

From: BB Bohemia To be honest I have neither the ability nor the facts to argue details in any venue. Fixed. From: BB Bohemia One look at some of the preceding posts will explain exactly why. Nice vague and meaningless reference there. Not surpisingly, based on how you chose to leave things your statements now are mere rhetoric.
