I'm unable to log in because of high loads on the servers...
What's the point of being a concierge (over 120 bucks a month in fees) or a Developer when thousands of free account users can put such a high load on the system it can block thouse of use who have paid and contributed to SL for years.
Log off free accounts if the load is so high so those of us who pay can get in.

Alternatively, stop paying out each month and have a free account, since it's clearly a waste of money. Oh, and kiss my perfectly chiselled buttocks while you're about it.

So what are you the troll under the bridge?
It's an issue that needs to be addressed and readdressed until it's fixed. At one time this was the case where concierge clients would be allowed to log in while others were limited.

I feel your pain... honest- I am a paying member too- but- no use railing and gripping- this too shall pass... Sit down and take a load off - it will be fine soon enough. I have developed such a Bohemian attitude..

Really guys, other thread is more fun, I will save you some cookies. Its pointless to argue this with people that are bound and determined to stomp their feet everytime something goes wrong and blame us 'freeloaders'. Course, stop and think for a minute they might realize that us 'freeloaders' spend thousands upon thousands of buckeroos helping keep their businesses up n going, or might be their friends, and are people that are really paying for the game but not in a premium account kinda way. Its ok, if they need to feel this way I dont mind...more cookies for me =)

Hello? Whine-One-One? We need a WAAAAAmbulance immediately! It's an emo-gency!
It is only an issue for buffoons with more money than sense who have an unwarranted sense of entitlement because they are fool enough to throw money away every month. Basic accounts contribute as much as Premiums accounts - what we don't spend on fees, we spend in world instead. Infact, there is a strong argument that Basic accounts who buy goods contribute far more to the community than Premium account holders who own shops.

I don't see what's so inherently unfair about logging out/restricting non-payment info residents. If you do not pay for a service in any way you should not expect unrestricted access (actually just having payment info on file is fine too really).
I'd actually like to see it as a preventive measure as well: don't wait until things break, as soon as there's *any* sign of trouble restrict to payment info and up and if things get worse start randomly logging out NPIOFs until things get better.

Oh crap, am I flaming? Pardon me, didnt mean to be. Im just tired of people blaming non-premium users for issues (seriously, calling is free leaves me simply in awe, I mean honestly) instead of saying "Hey LL, what the heck are you doing?" Logging all of the people out that are not premium isnt going to SOLVE the server issues. Fix the game, dont yell at your customer base/friends/fellow players. Its a free game, you pay for land and other services those that dont pay dont receive.

"No Payment Info on File" and "Basic Account" are not the same thing. The OP advocates logging out all basic accounts, whether they have payment info on file or not. Basic accounts with payment info on file are the ones who really keep SL going.

Good luck on getting in soon, though. Very true; I know I'll never buy anything off the OP. I just bought a Trudeau boat though. It's awesome and it actually sails (with simulated wind and everything!). See how I'm contributing to SL? If I were Premium I would haved $9.95 a month less to spend on stuff.

You realise that large corporate cities/islands have, for a long time, been generally unpopular with the rest of the community. You are not inspiring sympathy here.

Its a free game, you pay for land and other services those that dont pay dont receive. First of all you should read sometimes, you might understand what they are saying. This was not about blaming but a solution to a problem. That solution would be to log off non-payment users while allowing paying users access when there's a high load on the servers. I don't think anyone should complain if they don't care to pay the fees. It's a service and paying customers should and do in most businesses have priority over non payers, PERIOD.
